LFG Expanding Connections

Ello, ello.

It's been some time since I've written one of these, but I feel that I've gotten a decent number of threads cleared or waiting for responses on the opposite end, so I should be fine to start a couple more. My character, Itzhal Volkihar, is a member of the Mandalorian Empire, currently serving as their Lawkeeper (the head of the Mandalorian Protectors/Police), so I would be interested in potential interactions with other police officers and different jurisdictions or alternatively opposition in the form of criminals, whether they're the more traditional type or warlords causing chaos, either somewhere around Mandalorian Space or in a way that influences enough Mandalorians to get him involved.

Outside of that, I'm just interested in having more connections to the Galaxy as a whole, whether that be allies, friends, rivals, enemies or something in between.

Honestly with everything that went down/is going between the Mandos and Imperials, the Mahporeem Imperial Remnant could use some clarification on what’s going on with our jointly operated salvage stations.

Honestly with everything that went down/is going between the Mandos and Imperials, the Mahporeem Imperial Remnant could use some clarification on what’s going on with our jointly operated salvage stations.

I was under the belief that the Mandalorians abandoned these stations when the Imperial Confederation tried to capture them as hostages for the negotiations that later broke down. But we could figure something out?

I can shed some light on this. The Mandalorian stations were taken back in this thread by a combat droid force. A similar force of combat droids controlled by a rare droid brain is garrisoned on these stations as a failsafe against further takeovers. It's also reasonable to assume that the stations with Mandalorians would be firmly in Mandalorian hands since the government that jointly operated them is no more.

Except for a small problem…the TIC is gone, yes, but Mahporeem isn’t, and I did/do have some of my people on em’

I believe they would then be given the option to return to their homes or to take either the Resol'nare or Caburian creeds to become Mandalorian citizens. The joint operations would have been with TIC specifically, iirc, and thus would by default fall under Mandalorian control when the TIC dissolved. That's not to say Imperial presence would dissappear overnight, more just that the ME is under no obligation to recognize the Mahporeem remnant as a sovereign entity or the successor to the contract.
