STRENGTHS

• Strength Enhancement - Using advanced Micro-hydraulics and Nylasteel coils, XMSS-ADV could offer the user Power Armor level strength if incorporated into armor or cybernetics, increasing endurance by substituting organic muscle, and performing feats of extreme strength such as throwing foes or crushing weapons.
• Durability - XMSS-ADV was far more durable than it's predecessor, consisting of thicker Nylasteel coils and Concussive Absorbing padding underneath. A well made suit of Advanced Exo-Muscle could catch vibro blades or even low caliber munitions. Additionally, each individual coil was given it's own hydraulic hose, allowing the user to retain strength even if one coil was damaged. Rather than shutting down completely, the user would feel strength wain bit by bit for ever severed coil.

WEAKNESSES

• Flammable - While XMSS-ADV offered kinetic protection, it was notably susceptible to energy weapons if breach. Repeated damage to the Nylasteel coils could breach the Micro-hydraulics, spraying flammable fluids.
• Electrical - Much like it's predecessor, XMSS-ADV relied on advanced electronics and could be overloaded by intense electrical exposure, causing the Exo-muscle to seize or even spasm uncontrollably.

DESCRIPTION
Advanced Exo-muscle Strength Enhancing Subsystems, also known as "Exo-muscle Advanced" or "XMSS-ADV", was an advanced form of Sith Exo-muscle created by Darth Anathemous for trade outside the Blackwall.

Much like it's predecessor, XMSS-ADV consisted of Micro-Hydraulics wrapped in Nylasteel coils, designed to serve as a Power-armor underlay or alternative. It increased the wearer's strength by an alarming factor, allowing the user to comfortably wear even the heaviest of armors, or forgo the weight entirely and find their speed, agility and hitting strength tripled, or more. Throwing one's foes across a room, crushing through a duelist's defenses or winning marathon's were just a few recorded uses.

An upgrade to the previous version, XMSS-ADV was more durable than it's predecessor and compatible with Cybenetics, allowing both internal and external use, thanks to the new Durafiber covering to prevent blood from corroding the Nylasteel components.

XMSS-ADV could offer less invasive results if incorporated into armor with advanced electrode sensors attached to the skin via adhesive. With similar speed, the advanced exo-muscle read the wearer's nerve signals and reacted as though a second skin.
