[SIZE=10.5pt]Rationale[/SIZE][SIZE=10.5pt]: The company is a result of Francis passively overthrowing his older brother's (formerly his father's[/SIZE]) company. Francis was nothing but his brother's assistant, having no legal ownership or share of the corporation. He did however have access to the finance log, with which he faked a series of transactions to questionable groups. It wasn't long before questions were asked, and Isaac (his brother) was accused of money laundering, or worse, endorsing criminal organisations. With passive persuasion, Francis got Isaac to resign as CEO before he ridiculed his father's business and left Francis to take over. His first action as CEO was to sell all of it's assets and rights to fund this new company: EXO Inc. He didn't want the record of the old company, and he cared very little for family sentiment. The new company became geared towards Exo suits, as opposed to the general Weapons and Armour of the old one.

[SIZE=10.5pt]Description[/SIZE][SIZE=10.5pt]:[/SIZE] EXO Inc. is a privately owned corporation with initially no ties to any major political power or faction. It's assets and rights are solely under Francis Truman's name. The company accepts any form of private or public dealing, from any factions aslong as doing business with them will not affect further business with other parties. For example, doing business with the Empire may harm EXO Inc.'s relations with the Republic, but if the Empire's business is worth more than the opinion of the Republic, then business will be done. Money comes first when making decisions, and so the highest bidder will usually receive the deal they want. However, Francis' personal interests also blend with his deals. The Exo suits are obviously made for Non Force Users, and so it can be deduced that Francis has no love for Jedi or Sith. So if a NFU faction were to request something of EXO Inc, they would be more likely to accept than if the Jedi or Sith asked for the same deal. These ideologies clearly show that Francis is the sole head of the company; what he wants, happens. If a particular government or major faction were to request exclusive supply or dealings, then it would be carefully considered. However in most cases, dealing with multiple parties usually yields more profit than one. The offer from the faction in question would have to be substantially worthwhile. As for the ethics of the company, Francis will do anything for money and power. If he had to grind a planet, or a hundred planets, to dust just to build his empire then he would; morality is nothing to him when it comes to business.
