STRENGTHS / WEAKNESSES
+ Expert Operatives: If tac teams are blunt instruments, fixers are laser scalpels. The most highly trained assets the Exchange employs, they are trained not only to fight but to think for themselves. They are the omega option, sent into a situation when all others means have failed or there can be no margin for failure.
+ Authority: Their general indispensability also earns them a wide degree of latitude and higher status within the organisation. They often roam freely through the Exchange hierarchy, but some can be found serving as right hands or majordomos.
- The Few: Fixers operate alone, or in two man teams. It is extremely rare to see more than a scant handful in one place, as they are a highly valuable resource.
- The Proud: While for some obedience is too well ingrained, fixers can often be difficult to work with. Opinionated, some come to see themselves more as partners than subordinates.

DESCRIPTION

Whatever an Exchange fixer was put through to get where they are today, it was violent and horrific. Most are trained in fighting pits from adolescence, others are former intelligence agents of fallen galactic powers, a few made a name for themselves as underworld contractors before being brought into the fold.

Highly skilled field operatives, fixers are experts in everything from corporate espionage to counterintel to assassination, independent thinkers capable of defying conventional odds to get the job done. Most fixers travel from territory to territory, providing risk assessment and solutions as needed. Some, however, gravitate towards particular figures, executing their will as a sort of main sublieutenant.

The fixers’ status as the best of the best within the syndicate’s hierarchy earns them power and notoriety, but it can also lead to tension with the ones giving the orders if a fixers starts to believe that maybe he could do a better job.

Coincidentally, quite a few Exchange lieutenants are former fixers.

Just had a brief discussion with the Codex team and the sub-units are distinct enough that they warrant separate submissions. So, please move one of the two sub-units into their own submission.

Keep in mind that you can only have 3 submissions per section.
