{Excelsior Aerospace}
Headquarters: Corellia

Locations: Hypori, Excarga, Balmorra, Bilbringi, Duros

Operations: Manufacturing of constructs in (mostly) Space, think ships, satellites, stations and the sort.

Rationale: A simple reform of numerous assets gained by a Sith Lord’s power plays and takeovers. Notable was the cannibalization of Czerka Arms, its Mining and Industrial subsidiary, and Baktoid Industrial. This all in an attempt to steer Neuro-Saav into a new, more profitable direction by carving out its own niche within the Galactic Market.

Tier: 3

Description:

Excelsior Aerospace is the conglomeration of assets acquired through hostile and regular takeovers. Most notably Baktoid Industrial and Czerka Arms, Baktoid in question lost its right to produce, manufacture and sell its products in Protectorate Space - but after a good heart-to-heart with the Lord Protector, Ovmar managed to remove the outlaw status and retrieve the facilities within the Nation. (which had been seized by the state.)

Hypori, Excarga, Balmorra, Bilbringi and now Duros all have shipyards owned and operated by the former Baktoid Industrial and now Excelsior Aerospace.

Closely working together with the other subsidiaries of Neuro-Saav Corporation, Excelsior Aerospace is committed to quality, transparency and above all… no kill-switches in any products.

Yes, we allow subsidiaries of large companies to be started at Tier III with development threads. No, I don't think it would be prudent to allow the same dev threads to be used for multiple subsidiaries.

Please remove the dev threads you've also cited in your Eridium Industrial submission.
