APPEARANCE:
Stern, both younger and more weathered looking than his age suggests. Almost always in armor and helmet, though. He always does try his best to look his best, be that for a war or for a feast.
BIOGRAPHY:
Evgeniius Arkenoviz is a brother, hidden as a cousin, to Empress Mokoyei, and are roughly the same age. Though the Empress is the true heir, their father was not an honest man to his wife, and thus the Emperor had a few illegitimate heirs. Though most never knew of their fates, the Emperor knew both himself, as his lineage was notably strong with the Force as they hail from the Morsoforc Empire's leadership, and the woman he cheated with were strong with the Force, and he knew such a child would be gifted with the Force as well. Taking careful steps with the child, he had the woman killed and gave the newborn over to the state's military, who turned him under the Emperor's orders into an incredibly skilled commander.
Though the Emperor died before Evgeniius would reach 20, the Empress took over and found out about the arrangement through her new authority, but did not reveal such knowledge to the young general. Instead, she continued his training and even intensified it, pushing him to surpass the former High Military Commander in terms of intelligence and showings. Promoting Evgeniius to the title of High Military Commander once satisfied, the Empress trained him in the ways of the Force and of the diplomat before revealing to him the truth. Expecting large pushback from Evgeniius, he was simply surprised and somewhat happy. Understanding the information could not be made public as to ensure the Empress's eventual children would be next in line for the throne, Evgeniius knowingly sacrificed a possible claim on the throne in the event of the Empress's death because his loyalty was to her and the throne, not personal glory.
Incredibly impressed by such a show of devotion, the Empress filled him in on her plans for the Fourth Age of the Dynasty...

Allegiance Battlecruiser Teeth of the Dynasty | The Teeth of the Dynasty is a heavily modified Dynasty-owned Allegiance Battlecruiser, outfitted with modernized equipment and a new hangar bay. The Teeth of the Dynasty has a massive amount of concussion missile tubes, giving the already large and strong warship a large bit of punch in order to fight newer ships. Most of its external armor has been replaced and layered with new Crimosteel plating, giving it the distinct red look of the Dynasty.

- Surprisingly charismatic. Seeing how the Dynasty figured that Evgeniius will be doing much of the talking on their behalf, he was trained in the ways of a diplomat.
- Uncultured to an extent. Beyond diplomatic talks and waging war, he knows little else.
