Description: Upon being given permission to assemble a new, powerful order for the God-King [member="Darth Carnifex"], Darth Eversor saw it fit to encase himself once more in a body that had been blessed with a purpose. A noble caste to meet the demands of danger beyond Panatha's doorstep and among its very streets. Albeit flashy with design and intricacies, it represents a pride and dedication to a cause within the corrupted heart of the False Butcher. To instill a sense of awe and fear within the enemies of the Sith and the God-King alike. The way the armor itself is designed, at least the back and areas covering the ribs, are only able to withstand glancing blows or a few bolts from a standard blaster. As for the other areas, the torso, head, and a majority of the arms and legs are protected by the repurposed shell of a Greater Calama to meet the intensity of a lightsaber for a short amount of time.

This armor's main fault is its backside, which consists of mostly durasteel. This metal offers a very small amount of protection before succumbing to high-energy weaponry such as blasters, lightsabers, and anything of the like. The only slight relief from such dangers is an armorweave cloak that drapes over the weaker parts of the armor, able to glance only but a couple encounters. Another quality of the suit of armor is a thermal gel layer that can help prevent the burns from energy-based attacks/weapons previously mentioned.

Underneath the suit itself is an armorweave body suit which wouldn't offer much protection as opposed to having the actual outer shell of plating, but the material of armorweave itself is capable of protection and glancing blows before its use is exhausted entirely.

[member="Darth Eversor"] - Hey there! Friendly Neighbhorhood FJ stopping by with some notes!

Pretty simple, easy sub, with a bad-arse pic. Only these few things and I think we're good to go for Approval.
  • Can we get a sort of idea of which materials in this submission are lightsaber resistance, and roughly what areas they cover of/on the wearer? This is important particularly for those facing you in PVP.
  • Relating to the first, can we get an idea of the quality of lightsaber resistance? Are we looking at full on beskar proof where it takes several strikes, or none at all can pierce it? Or more Mandalorian steel or even armorweave, where it is more effective against glancing blows or only two or three before it fails to the saber.
  • For the Greater Calama Shell, can you link to the creature it is harvested from or sub for the material and do the same for any other Chaos Canon or Canon material that is atypical in armor use? I think in this case it's only the shell, but that ties into the first point of being polite to your PVP opponents and giving them the info they'd need.
Any questions or concerns, let me know!

[member="Darth Eversor"] - So when it meets a full blow from a saber, just so we are clear, it's apt to be three blows or less, similar to mando steel? I think that's what your reading states. If I can get that bit clarified and edited into the sub you're good to go! Good work.
