Rationale: The Supreme Overlord Dredge ordered the creation of such a company to secretly fund and produce weapons of mass destruction for the horde. Under his will the company was founded by human thralls controlled by surge coral to make a company that no one would suspect such a dastardly ploy of WMD creation under the loving intentions that the company put out for them as a face. Being the leader of the horde Dredge has access to the money capable of funding a business such as this.

Everclear Nuclear a company dedicated to helping third world planets achieve their energy and electrical needs. Programs at this company are designed to help those less fortunate than ourselves by selling energy based products such as nuclear generators and reactor to give them a steady constant supply of safe and easy to manage electricity to power their homes, heat their water and make their lives easier. Here at Everclear our soul mission is safety, that's why we decided to place our factories in the most remote section of space the Silken Asteroids. So if at any time a melt down were to happen in the creation of a new reactor to light the homes of the poor it would not hurt a soul.
As a new company Everclear nuclear is still developing products that are meant to help the galaxy. Our developing products will be everything from portable nuclear reactors, radiation poisoning treatment, and the development of safer and cleaner forms of the transportation of hazardous chemicals. With great power comes great responsibilities, so Everclear Nuclear is all about responsibility knowing what kind of power we are dealing with. We have a simple slogan.
