STRENGTHS
Educated: Being from a noble family, Evandro was given the education expected from the heir of a Count. Philosophy, politics, languages, etc. Needless to say, Evandro is well rounded in his knowledge, and is worldly in many subjects.
Fencer: Being from the Tapani sector, the Count was raised among the stories of the infamous “saber rakes” of old. As a form of exercise and curiosity, he was mentored in the martial arts of those rakes. To many Jedi, his form would be reminiscent of Makashi.
WEAKNESSES
Survivor’s Guilt: Having just lost his father, Evandro is trying to cope with being thrust into his new position. He feels like he is undeserving of the title that was given to him. Same with anyone who is loyal to his house.
Predictable: Evandro is dedicated to his disciplines. Politics, dueling, etc. He has patterns that he follows that can be leveraged.
HISTORY
Evandro Wenelle, Count of Pavia, was born heir to a lineage that balanced ambition with refinement. His House traces its noble claim to Ajax Wennel, who—according to family records preserved for centuries—was granted the title of Count of Pavia in a distant age. Over generations, the name was formalized into Wenelle, reflecting the House’s rise within Tapani society under the patronage of greater powers. Evandro was raised by his father, Ulysse Wenelle, and his Naboo-born mother, Salomé of House Parnelli, in a household marked by genuine affection as well as rigorous preparation for rule.
Educated as a future Count, Evandro was trained in governance, etiquette, and the subtle politics of Tapani nobility. He was also instructed in the traditions of saber rake fencing, eventually earning the right to commission his own lightfoil, a symbol of noble adulthood and personal discipline. As he matured, Evandro assumed minor administrative and diplomatic duties on his father’s behalf, representing House Wenelle in limited capacities and learning the realities of power long before he expected to wield it fully.
That expectation ended with the devastation of the Tapani Sector during a series of Sith-led raids. Ulysse Wenelle was killed, and Evandro fled alongside his mother, seeking refuge among her Parnelli kin on Naboo. Though dispossessed of his province, Evandro has formally inherited his father’s title and is now recognized—at least by blood and record—as Count of Pavia in exile. Salomé, now Dowager Countess, has withdrawn from political life and devoted herself to the worship of the goddess Shiraya, leaving Evandro to bear the weight of his House’s future alone.
