Biography
Eupraxiane, otherwise known as Eupra, is a Human female Jedi Knight. She was born on Naboo in 887 ABY.
As a naturally gifted Force-sensitive, Eupra was discovered by the Order of Shiraya (at the age of two years old) in a settlement nestled within the Gallo Mountains. Upon her discovery an unknown Jedi Master took Eupraxiane away from Dee'ja Peak and brought her to Shiraya's Sanctuary so that she could be trained in the ways of the Force. As she was trained to become a Jedi, Eupra was inducted into a newly reformed Jedi Order in 902 ABY as a Padawan learner after the Royal Naboo Republic (otherwise formerly known as the Kingdom of Naboo) was also reformed into becoming the High Republic in that same year.
Three years after the reforms that saw to the Shiraya-Jedi inspired Jedi Order replace the New Jedi Order as the newly reimagined pillars of Jedi thought and leadership in the known Galaxy, Eupra passed the Jedi Trials in 905 ABY. She became a fully fledged Jedi Knight (during the aftermath of the Bacta Wars) in a small ceremony that was held and attended by the few remaining members of the Order who stayed behind while the rest of the Jedi mobilised to defend Thyferra from an invasion by the Eleventh Sith Empire.
Adopting the three distinct schools of thought (which were first documented and observed by the Jedi recruiter Morrit Ch'gally) Eupraxiane was classified as a Jedi Sentinel after she completed her apprenticeship under the stewardship and guidance of an unknown Shiraya-Jedi Master. . .
Strengths and Weaknesses
Strengths:
- Jedi Sentinel: Eupra was trained to accommodate not only a curriculum that saw her taught in the ways of the Force. She also received an education into unconventional methods and skills that did not necessarily require any abilities in the Force. Eupra is a skilled albeit unconventional Jedi in this aspect.
- The Orange Blade: Like any Jedi who wields an orange blade, Eupra is a pragmatic survivor who will only wield her Lightsaber if there is no alternative. She actively seeks and looks for other solutions that does not involve violence or combat to the detriment of herself and others.
- The Middle Ground: Eupra's orange blade does not only reflect her pragmatic views. Her weapon rests somewhere between yellow, thereby signifying a Jedi Sentinel's vigilance, and on the other hand, it sits between red which signifies Sith aggression. This is a woman who is neither dogmatic about the Jedi nor does she find reverence to the narrow views of the Sith.
