APPEARANCE

Eugene is a wiry, quick looking human with clear Atrisian heritage. His hair is black and kept relatively short. A thin moustache is kept in meticulously neat condition at all time. More often than not, Eugene can be found wearing his worn and battered beskar’gam. Unless he is anticipating a heated firefight, he usually doesn’t bother with the helmet. His armor has clearly been painted over several times and unprofessionally. As of now, it is a dull maroon color with some black thrown in. A haphazard attempt at the Syndicate’s colors that he does not care enough to retry.

PERSONALITY

Eugene is among the first to admit that there is not very much to him. He has been fighting and beating people up for as long as he can reasonably remember. There is nothing readily sophisticated about him and his schooling was just good enough to teach him basic math and keep him literate. Eugene’s interests are what one would typically ascribe to a Mandalorian: guns, armor, fighting, and women. What sets Eugene aside from his former kinsmen is his decidedly more muted pursuit of these things.

He’s a silent type; fairly discrete and largely unassuming when not in the thick of battle.

HISTORY

Eugene’s a pretty well-traveled fellow. Born on Concord Dawn, Eugene did what was expected of him: become a Mandalorian. Much of his youth was spent traipsing through the galaxy as an aspiring warrior, a novice attached to more seasoned members. The crew he ran with eventually got antsy with the (at the time) peace-loving Mandalore. They fell in line with a splinter group of Mandalorians known as the Death Watch, then led by a man by the name of RC 212. The Death Watch enjoyed some mundane antics, which abruptly ended when they decided to establish a government on Mustafar.

After several years of service, Eugene parted ranks from RC 212 with several other Mandalorians. He did not look back or appear readily sympathetic to his more staunchly loyal companions who were killed in the fighting. Instead he came into the service of a Sith named Tyrin Ardik. Eugene worked with the Sith for many years, but eventually that Sith climbed too high up the ladder to warrant Mandalorian mercenaries. Eugene then became an errant mercenary, being that he was now unwelcome back home on Mandalore. Through his travels, Eugene came to understand that he has no real sentimental feelings towards Mandalorian culture or tradition. Just that he liked being a raider in fancy armor. He wishes that more Mandalorians would realize the actual reasons they purport to enjoy being Mandalorians.

The Guavian Death Gang was one of many criminal outfits Eugene came into the service of. There was no real reason, just that they paid and found his resume to be agreeable. He was attached to a division commanded by Pollux. Eugene and Pollux came to respect one another. When Pollux assassinated the gang’s leadership, took control of large portions of the outfit, and made the great migration to the Pentastar Sectors, Eugene followed. For his loyalty and general competence, Eugene was put in charge of the newly formed Helix Syndicate’s intelligence gathering branch. He has remained there ever since.
