DESCRIPTION
The Eternal Forge is a construction company specializing in large-scale development and industry. Its army of engineers and workers construct factories, power plants, transmission grids, shipyards, capital ships, and spacestations. They also can supplement or solo city and world planning and development. With everyone eager to lay claim to the countless resources in the galaxy -- especially the rare ones -- hiring an experienced and cost-effective workforce is instrumental.

As a public company an interested party only needs to arrange a meeting to discuss the desired product, acquire quotes, develop a statement of work, and coordinate arrival and access for personnel. Anyone looking for the lowest bidder, however, should look elsewhere; the Eternal Forge is not the most expensive on the market, but it seeks to competitively compensate its personnel for their expertise.

As some jobs require substantial materials, the Forge seeks to work with other companies that value ethical resource acquisitions. Forcibly relocating inhabitants or engaging in slavery is not tolerated and typically results in terminated supply contracts. Naturally, the company itself does not tolerate employees participating or encouraging such tactics on its behalf or in coordination with any external parties. As for the mining of worlds by partners, the Forge expects it be done within the boundaries of whatever legal jurisdiction applies with all requisite permits obtained prior to work beginning; and that any such activity not harm local inhabitants.

RATIONALE
After Raze worked as part of several construction group, she eventually came to learn just how much of a mess the entire industry was. With a number of workers out of a job, she set to forming her own company to compete and earn more credits than they were getting doing all the heavy lifting (literally). It started off small with local jobs, but with her sharp eye for job details their reputation for timely deliveries on budget spread. A few other, smaller companies were also absorbed usually after they suffered some sort of setback requiring a heavy cash infusion in order to bounce back. As the number of experiences tradesman grew so did the scope and complexity of their work; and throughout it all Raze made sure to keep the compensation competitive to retain that talent.
