RATIONALE:

For many a year the Ty’rel Holdings was one of the premier and biggest conglomerates in the Galaxy, through its own main entity and its subsidiaries it produced anything and everything. The Eridium Industrial was a company that dealt with the construction of infrastructure, creation of energy, uplifting of worlds and the gathering of resources.

But then came the time when Darell Irani, CEO of Ty’rel Holdings, decided it was time for a change and that change resulted in the dissolution of the huge company. It was taken apart, piece by piece and sold to numerous entities across the Galaxy for the highest profit margins.

Strangely enough Eridium Industrial and a few other subsidiaries were kept out of those transactions, it lost roughly 50% of its production capacity in terms of facilities, but managed to stay afloat with money being pumped in from outside sources.

DESCRIPTION:

The Eridium Industrial is a conglomerate of various divisions working closely with one and another to maximize the efficiency, output and reach of their production. Divisions consists of primary project leaders with dedicated teams working beneath them, most of these divisions are grouped together into different sections, which links back to the various operations of the company.

After the dissolution of the Ty’rel Holdings, Eridium Industrial had to lay off several locations for reasons that publically are stated as ‘downsizing’. But truthfully it is more an attempt to make efficient use of the space given, instead of spreading themselves thin across the galaxy- something they cannot afford any longer without the protection of a huge sprawling conglomerate such as Ty’rel, they now focus on a few core systems throughout the Galaxy and increase their presence there.

The company consists of several holdings across the Galaxy and is headquartered on a separate asteroid in the Roche System, called Shard Forty-Two. It’s from this location that most if not all operations are directed, organized and eventually funded. It is also here that Eridium Industrial mines its phrik deposits, that it then sells to other companies and/or its sister company the Saiba Group.

Both the Hypori and Charros System hold space stations within that serve as hub areas for the company, they can be considered sub-headquarters for important nodes within those specific areas. They also act as R&D centers to analyze and develop new theories on the creation of energy.

The Raxus System hosts the robust recycle slash resource collection network the company has created a long time ago. Special Hegemonic Automaton droids harvest the garbage on Raxus Prime and through newly installed infrastructure its then transported to recycling facilities which are linked to HALCYON systems. From which the recycled goods are transported to the designated locations.

The Muunilinst and Mygeeto are primary locations for the mineral and resource gathering operations of Eridium Industrial, its here that most important resources are gathered to either be sold to other entities or transported back to other operations within itself or its sister company.
