Accessibility: The base is located in a remote mountainous area of the planet, built into one of the mountains. It is restricted to private access, typically allowing only EODD staff, Metal Lords members, or FWC members inside.
Description: The EODD manufacturing plant is built into a mountain in one of the more remote regions of New Plympto, utilizing the geothermic power of the planet’s core itself to run the facility’s operations and its deep position within the mountain as a natural defensive position. Externally, the plant is protected by an array of turbolaser turrets, as well as patrolling droids to ensure the station’s security. Landing stations are present as well, capable of housing nearly all types of shuttle or dropship. Lifts provide access from the top floor to the rest of the facility, which can be shut down and forced to stop when the base is under threat.
POINTS OF INTEREST
Droid production lines: As a corporation under the banner of the Metal Lords, the primary stake of EODD is in droid technology. Therefore the facility contains an extensive network of production machinery to allow for the uninterrupted development of droids as well as drones.
Repair Depot: In concert with the production capabilities, the facility possesses a large sector for its droid and drone inhabitants to be upgraded, repaired, and undergo maintenance.
Central Control Station: Inside the facility lies the primary control station, which contains stations and terminals that monitor and control everything from power output to defensive directives. It also houses the drone control signal terminal, which controls all drones within the facility.
Geothermal Power Plant: The facility is run on power taken directly from the planet’s core through a series of geothermal conduits. It also contains a pair of hyperbatteries which store and convert the geothermal energy before redirecting it throughout the facility.
The Armory: In order to properly arm and equip the droid defenders of the facility, an armory is kept separate from the storage facilities for arms intended for sale.
Drone Fighter Hangars: As a product of EODD drone starfighters are kept at the facility for defense in addition to those intended for sale. Four hangar bays are located below the primary entryway covered by large blast doors.
Shipyards: While larger starships aren’t a focus of EODD, they possess the means to produce corvette and frigate-size ships in planetary shipyards at the base of the mountain. From within the facility this can be accessed by turbolifts and a brief subtram ride.
Employee Facilities: Several hundred organic residents of the planet are employed by EODD, and as such facilities on-site are present to allow for ease of living for them. Sleeping quarters are provided for those who choose to live on-site, and dining quarters and kitchens are present, with fresh food being stored and imported regularly. Break and recreational areas are also provided, as are services for child care where needed.
Errreembuhr’s Offices: As the CEO and founder of EODD, Errreembuhr’s offices are located overlooking the loading docks and entryway of the facility, with entrances to the sides. It also possesses a private lift accessible only through a matching DNA scan which is set to allow only him to use it that leads deeper into the facility in case of attack.

HISTORICAL INFORMATION
With assistance from Lord HK-36, and resources provided by his fellows, Errreembuhr selected a position on New Plympto as the base of operations for his facilities. Using parts of a natural cave system for the exterior and higher floors, soon larger chambers were drilled out further in and reinforced to allow for production to commence. A natural geothermal vent provided a location for the construction of a reactor to power the facility, taking up considerable monetary resources at the trade for highly efficient energy production. Employees both locally sought and brought in from off-world are paid fairly for their work, and those who choose to live on-site are provided an array of amenities and rights, as are the droids who operate independently as equals.
