No. Enigma has absolutely no faction loyalty, which is kind of the opposite of what we want in the One Sith.

Marl has contacted me as well about the One sith taking in Circe, I really want there to be a new leaf, have circe be loyal but to many burned bridges.
He has proven time and time again in the past to never hold true to one faction at a time. In fact more often than not he has proven to be out for himself more than anything else. I can understand this as i have similar characters, Nemene Talith, Darth Moridin, and a few others. However this cannot happen in this faction. Yes, we allow people to be in multiple factions, yes we allow people their own little empires(Kaine), but loyalty always must come to the One Sith(Or the Dark Lord) first, otherwise actions are punished. This has happened more than once, with me personally hunting down traitors.Darth Praelior said:

Could be for the faction, Balaya has her own little empire (the darkside hunting purifiers) running around finding people for the sith (like Kiln IC wise) and Mark wanted her to bring Circe in the same way. I have not done so yet because I know circe would most likely not be for the vision

I trust your judgement, and as you yourself have said, Circe simply wouldn't fit into the vision of this faction. On the other hand, the same could be said of many characters in this faction. Kaine, Apparatus, Karin Dorn, all were -extremely- powerful Sith Lords who in the face of the Dark Lord bowed their heads. This is an example of how ICly powerful characters could be cowed, but it requires a level of OOC cooperation and understanding from the writers.
As i said before, if he were to join us, i would set strict guidelines OOC and IC that would have to be followed, otherwise...blood feud.

I've seen what "turning a new leaf" is like. The only time he endeavored to "change" and "be nice" to me was when I made a female character that used Kate Upton as an avatar. Suddenly, he wanted to be my best friend.

They're not hunting only Darksiders, but all people who deny sorcery. Anyways, Circe has really not changed before when he has been taught to do that and I really can't find any loyalty in him. Only pure selfishness. That is my honest opinion - I wouldn't like the One Sith to turn into something all factions he is in have become. Or if we gave him a chance, I would have to agree with [member="Darth Shara"]. Strict guidelines and rules must be set for it to work out.Darth Praelior said:

I would be willing to try to hash something out IC in giving Circe a chance to join the One Sith. It will be simple: Circe either wants to join or just wanted to use the Faction.
In one sentence: Daella will essentially tell Circe to strip herself of her past and name and start from the bottom of the One Sith's Empire.
