The Black Tie Syndicate has recently gone major meaning that all Stygium mining threads must be made in public for everyone who wants some. Now let me clarify that we do not care if you do a public thread or a private thread or make it ask to join. All that we ask is that 5% of anything you make goes to the local miners and government. Other than that do whatever you want and do you.

[member="Miss Blonde"] - Point of Order - All stygium mining threads on that planet have to follow Factory Restricted Materials Rules, which now state:

III. Objectives which require you to visit a planet located within the Influence Cloud of a Major Faction may only be completed in Non-Private threads.

Wouldn't want you to get in trouble or cause people's submissions to be rejected because of this. Your desires (which are very fair and laudible) don't really change the Factory Rules unless you've approached the Admins or RPJs and gotten an exemption to it. I am also less pointing this out to you, and more posting this so people realize that they can't do as you say just because you said so. Rules are rules, and you'd need to go through the proper channels to change them.
