DESCRIPTION
The first pattern often referred to as 'rain drop' was first 'discovered' and utilized by Major General Irveric Tavlar during an anti-insurgency operation where he found the black and darkened shades of the Sith Imperial legionnaire's armor his unit was initially deployed with contrasted sharply with the surrounding arid terrain and eventually purchased fibers and clothes from the local populace to fashion and shawls and ponchos, applied with the basic 'rain drop' pattern to provide basic camouflage in their operations. After this deployment the use of the camouflage became an unofficial signature of Tavlar's armored infantry units, leading the Major General to seek out an industrial scale manufacture of the pattern to distribute among his detachment, thus earning its name 'Enigma' from the very battlegroup Major General Tavlar commands.
