Landing Platform
The landing platform is where the Prison Transports land to offload the inmates to the prison nearby. Though exposed it is nearby the Prison's defenses and has some turbolasers itself defending it from hostile ships landing. Under the Platform and built into the cliff on one side is where are the critical facilities are, like the barracks, hanger etc.

HISTORICAL INFORMATION
Built separate from the prison, the intake facility would act as both an intake and landing area for the transports bringing the prisoners to Endor. It wasn't as heavily defended with stormtroopers as the prison is, but Facility Ozzel does have a wing of fighters to protect itself and escort the transports from upper atmosphere to the landing platform. Landing command in the facility would take over once the Transport enters the atmosphere. Built mostly under ground so to hide the vital areas, the only part of the facility besides the Defense systems that can be seen is the Landing Platform. It was built close to a cliff so a hanger could be placed directly into the cliff wall. It is also between the cliff and the Prison so if anything were to happen the first responders of Stormtroopers besides it's own compliment would be from the Prison. An underground corridor is what connects Facility Ozzel to the Penitentiary nearby.

- Description: Mostly what could be seen from outside is the landing platform which is where the prisoner transports would land to offload the prisoners. What can't been seen outright is the Hanger and processing facility, which are built into a cliff below the Landing Platform. Inside is where the prisoners would be given their prison clothes, searched, deloused, and inprocessed so the staff at the prison know where to place them. Facility Ozzel is guarded with 3,916 stormtroopers in case of riots, or other problems, though it would have to rely on the Prison's detachment or outside forces for anything bigger like a large scale engagement.
