DESCRIPTION

A miniscule thing, the Ant droid is essentially a walking EMP grenade. Designed with stealth in mind, this droid can either be deposited at a target, or seek out a specific pre-programmed target. If it has a specific target in mind, the droid will dutifully follow the easiest path, lacking the ability to be swayed or distracted. Once it reaches its destination, the droid can be detonated remotely, or detonate on a pre-programmed timer. Once discharged, the Ant releases an EMP pulse 3m in radius, disabling any electrical devices, including droids, that are nearby.

Detonating the EMP charge fries the Ant droid beyond salvation, thus each droid has a one-time use. Repairing the droid is possible, though time consuming and may take just as much time as building a new one. Aside from it’s EMP capabilities, the Ant droid doesn’t have much else going for it—there are no armaments or shielding to speak of, and it’s thin durasteel frame can be easily be crushed. However, crushing or destroying the droid will release an EMP pulse, unintended or not.

Fine sub. Effectively just a walking grenade.

Only thing I see is the size of the effect, which is a tad bigger than the Canon 3m Radius Droid Poppers. Would you consider reducing the size of the ant's EMP radius?
