OUT OF CHARACTER INFORMATION

 • Intent: To create an emergency hyperwave network for first responders within the First Order.

 • Canon Link: N/A

[*]
Model: FIHN EHNII “Emergency Hyperwave Transmission Network”

[*]
Affiliation: First Order | Closed-Market

[*]
Modularity: No

[*]
Production: Mass Produced

[*]
Material:

 • Hyperwave Frequencies

 • Encrypted Command Channels

 • Emergency Alert Encoded Programming

 • Auto-Activate Signals

 • Emergency Response Channels

SPECIAL FEATURES

 • Hyperwave length frequencies allowing the First Order’s emergency responders groups a more efficient response time.

 • Alerts appropriate authorities of emergencies, and enacts evacuation beacons, highlight safe evacuation routes.

 • Works on a limited network with a set of pings to automatically alert any and all systems that need to be alerted.
Strengths:

 • Encrypted: Uses a special encrypted network to keep the information confidential as it passes to the proper authorities.
Weaknesses:

 • Limited Bandwidth: While a mass produced network, the network has a limited bandwidth and can only handle so much information at a time. An overload of the network will bog down the speed and eventually cause it to shut down.
DESCRIPTION
After Kuragin, the First Order reevaluated its emergency response system and turned to Primo Victorian Shipwright to help out just after the completion of Central Command Biocomm Network. The Emergency Hyperwave Transmission Network has one purpose and one purpose only, and that is to alert any and all personnel to the situation.

While Kuragin was able to evac most of its civilians there was still a percentage that was unable to evac and suffered the consequences. At the request of Commodore Rashad this network was created so that not only could FIMS (First Imperial Medical Services) respond with efficiency. But so all personnel within the chain of command would be alerted to the situation.

Whether it is a natural disaster, man made, combat or terrorist situation. The EHTN uses Hyperwave Transmission Networks, or the Hypernet with a various set of pings within the encoded network to activate all the necessary beacons. Pings come across as morse-code like sound emitting from the speakers and types out the location and degree of the emergency on the screen.

Very nice sub, I just had one question for clarification. Do the pings coming across as sound come through as a morse-like code or would it be a voice issuing instructions?

Also, completely unrelated, I love that signature.

Clarified! Given this is the first generation of the network it's Morse code-like.

Also, thank you!
