Elmer is small in height, his hair is an unnatural burnt orange and his skin is so pale that it is almost white. His large eyes are a light hazel that seem to change color depending on what he wears, his nose is small, pointy, and upturned and his lips are extremely thin. He is rather charming and cute with a little of a chubby look and gummy smile. Elmer has a tattoo on his right ribcage that says "Emily." Likes to disguise as a pink alien named "Emily," mostly wears odd-colored suits.​

Personality:
Short-tempered and nothing short of strange, Elmer keeps mostly to himself and refuses to share things about where he is from and what he is like. He likes to pretend to be different personalities, which makes it hard to pinpoint what he is actually like. But once you breakdown his walls you will find a heart of gold and a sweet, quirky, and kind demeanor.
Biography:
Raised by resistance fighters it only made sense that he would do the same. Not only did he find a way to help people against the order but he also found love, Yara, and it wasn't long before they got married and had their daughter, Emily. He continued his work for the resistance keeping distance from them for their safety, little did he ever expect for the order to target his family and attack them. Heart-broken and mourning, and lost in himself he left the resistance without a word. A couple years after he began his work as a under-cover spy for hire, using the fake identities Juarez the blue-suited man, and Emily the pink alien, both singers. He lost all hope in fighting for right. But maybe something will change that...
