PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION

Drawing from the Empire of old, Elidan has taken to the dark armor and cloak of the Inqisitorious quite well. Tall and muscular from years hunting the Empire's enemies, Elidan is never without his mask and armor in the presence of others to ensure he appears as something more than human, an intimidation tactic used well in pursuit of subversive elements within Imperial ranks. Fear is a powerful tool, one any good Inquisitor must learn to wield if they are to survive.

INVENTORY

Aside from the black cloak and attire that is synonymous with the Inquistiorious, Elidan wears a mask of his own design that functions as both a weapon to spread fear but also to relay important information from local Imperial chatter as well as analysis of the environment around him. Aside from that, he of course wields lightsabers, foregoing the double blade for two separate blades that he can use to react on the fly in case he is outnumbered by multiple saber-wielding opponents.

PERSONALITY AND BELIEFS

Though the Empire has changed its beliefs over the years, Elidan still occasionally falls back into xenophobic beliefs that he gained as a child, though his loyalty to the Empire has ensured that he is pragmatic in his dealings with non-humans, especially those who serve the Empire or at least obey its rules. One might be inclined to call Elidan a "traditional" Imperial in that he is in favor of renewed expansionism and the enlargement of the Inquistiorious as a true force to combat the Jedi and the Sith in the wars to come, so his actions will reflect this uniquely Imperial desire for renewed autocracy across the known galaxy.

STRENGTHS

The New Way: As the Empire seeks to learn from past mistakes, Elidan has embraced the new belief in the "Balance of Dominance", using the dark side in the service of belief greater than oneself. The Sith seek to expand their own power but find only madness in the end, while Elidan is perfectly capable of keeping his mind in check and his use of the force as a pure, focused tool in pursuit of the Empire's enemies.

There Are Some Things Far More Frightening Than Death: Originally, Elidan specialized in interrogation as an Acolyte and he has constantly improved upon his techniques as the continues his service as a High Inquisitor. He is uniquely skilled in persuasion and intimidation and, should he need to, the use of pain to break the mind of the poor soul who he is hunting. It is rare for a secret to be kept from Elidan, especially in an Imperial interrogation facility.

I Do So Admire Your Persistence. Ready To Die?: Though of course powerful in the force, Elidan is particularly skilled with a lightsaber, more so than his peers in the Inquisitorious. He is far more willing to engage in one-on-one duels as he is confident in his own ability to defeat his opponent in a duel.

WEAKNESSES

The Kill is Mine: Though Inquisitors are encouraged to work together and pool resources, Imperial favor is often only granted to those who go out of their way to show their own ability to hunt had elimate the Empire's enemies. Elidan is no different from his brothers and sisters, he will fight for his prize, even if he must challenge his "allies" in order to have the glory for himself.

The Uneasy Peace: The Jedi and Sith are currently content in killing each other for the time being, the Inquisitorious know that the day will come in which they are expected to openly challenge the two orders. While historical records and artifacts are of great use in learning individual tactics and strategies, Elidan and many of his fellow Inquisitors have never faced a proper Jedi Knight or Sith Warrior, leaving them at a disadvantage on the battlefield.

This Will Not Be My End: In the end, the Inquisitors are just as frightened of death as any other mortal being. Elidan, when overwhelmed or on the losing side of a battle will seek to preserve his own life at the cost of other Imperials, viewing his own continued existence as essential to the Empire's future, at least in his own mind.
