• Knowledge: Growing up in a privileged family has provided Effie with many benefits. One such benefit was access to top private tutors who helped her become a highly intelligent woman.
• Family Ties: Coming from a political background has given Effie a presence in the political world which she intends to use to her advantage.
• Selflessness: Effie is a thoughtful person. She tries to make sure the needs of people she cares about are always put before her own.

- Weaknesses -

• Combat: Effie prefers to avoid violence at all costs as she believes problems can be sorted with words. This views has caused her to never learn hand to hand combat.
• Naive: Effie is a kind soul and likes to give everyone a chance. This however makes her easy to fool as she is susceptible to sob stories.
• Trustworthy: Usually a strength, it has become a weakness for Effie. Effie is too trusting which has lead to her trust being abused.

Effie is a very lighthearted girl who seldom takes life as seriously as she should. Friends usually describe her as having a "heart of gold". Although certain events in her life have tremendous grief, she has still managed to maintain her cheery attitude. As far as Effie is concerned, this is her only life and she plans to enjoy it to the fullest. Effie's recent career change somewhat clashes with her personality. Effie used to be a showgirl and her cheery persona was welcomed there. Effie has now since moved into politics and her personality is not so well received by some as they see her as "unprofessional".

• Effie was born and raised on Naboo
• Her parents are politicians who support the monarchy of Naboo
• She had a bad relationship with her father. He never supported her
• Effie excelled in school but dropped out of further education to pursue a career in Entertainment
• She became a small time showgirl, usually performing in cultural dance performances and theatre productions. Effie worked hard much to her father's dismay. He even tried to disown her.
• ​After a few years she was starring in big shows and her performances were popular.
• Effie's distant father fell ill and died after a few months
• After much convincing and begging, Effie quit being a showgirl to help her mother in the political field.
• Effie's mother remains in the political field to this day. Effie's mother's extreme work ethic led to their relationship straining.
