Hey there! I wanted to update the NPC post about Banshee Company [×] from the House Haskler of Anaxes (NIO) but I can not edit it. Is it normal?

Yes, once somthing is submitted to the Factory or Codex, it is locked to prevent people editing things on the fly to offer themselves an unfair advantage. You'll need to go to the relevant Discussion subforum and submit an Edit Request in the Submission Modification Requests thread
