APPEARANCE:
Ecklami is an average human female. Her blonde hair is usually kept long and fashioned in unique styles. She is most commonly seen wearing shades of red or pink.

BIOGRAPHY:

Ecklami Olien was born of a well off merchant family on the planet Challon. She was raised to live life as if there was no tomorrow. She managed to do so and take her studies quite seriously as well. She graduated top of her class at The Galactic University of Challon with a degree in accounting and business management. Ecklami, then mostly referred to as Eck was also a champion ale guzzler for her sorority thus proving her life of the party status as well. After graduating Ecklami took on a controlling roll in her family’s businesses until such time that the position of Galactic Alliance Sentor came up for election.

Ecklami never had much interest in politics, however the Populist candidate and favorite to fill the position had roots that went back to some planet in Hutt Space. The family may have lived on Challon for quite some time but the Olien family was not going to sit by and let a "Rimworlder" represent Challon in the Senate. Ecklami was nominated and won easily basically on the back of her family’s wealth and anti-Outer Rim philosophy of the planet.

As a Senator, Ecklami has not been exactly the most hands on person. She gets involved with any commerce and finance related oversight or legislation, but often abstains from votes on defense and intelligence. She has a passion for education so sometimes can be convinced to join in the discussion to improve the availability of quality educations, though often this comes in conflict with her financial fiscal policies. In the end Ecklami is there to make sure the rulings don’t negatively affect Challon. Past that she only gets involved when the whim suits her.
