Rationale: The Company was Ysane's Father's and in the family for generations. Ysane, gained the company from her father. When he passed when Ysane was 16, her father left it to her. The Chief Operations Officer took over as a stand in until she was 20. When Ysane was 20 she legally took over the Company, running it from then one. This company being her pride of her family, Varn wants to see it flourish, as well as make her more money on top of the already insane amount she has already. This would be her main focus, and the time and effort put into it would show she is not someone you want to make an enemy of. There are plans to expand the company into other fields of business like PMC work, and Ship weapon building. But for now as it is small, it would most work on things for the betterment of the Onderonian people.

Description: Started near the beginning of the Clone Wars, OEC was created to give the Onderon Royal Guard, better armor and weapons. It produced some things for open market for both CIS and Republic. It continued operations during the Galactic Civil War, but this time it was supplying the Rebels, as well as factions on Onderon that wanted to depose the Empire. Though very small, OEC did well for both the Royal Guard, and the Alliance. Once the war was over OEC went back to just supplying the Royal guard, as well as creating goods for the people of Onderon. There are plans to make it a galactic economic power like KDY but it never will turn it's back on it's home. Onderon will always come first to OEC as they are one of the only companies on the planet and have made life for the citizens much better. Fearing the Mandalorians coming to Onderon, Ysane Varn moved the company with her workers and other refugees to Eadu. Thus Onderon Engineering Corporation became Eadu Engineering Corporation
