DESCRIPTION: The Durum was simply the result of a Squib chef, after which it is named, that wanted to capitalize on the culinary thematic of the latest addition the menu, and after buying a supply of lasagna in the wake of the chef exercising his stock-options, but otherwise keeping the filling of the calzone almost as-is, just sandwiched between sheets of pasta, the lasagna proper, and with more cheese on the top layer. However, because of its cheese content, species that are allergic to lactose should be wary of eating Durum lasagna, and maybe even avoid it altogether, and it also shares the same heat-related flaws as any other hot meal.
