DuroTech is a major starship and weapons manufacturer based in orbit of the duros homeworld. It has negotiated contracts to develop high tech equipment for the Duros Defense Force. Most ships engineered by the company are for specialized roles or otherwise experimental designs. Responsible for some of the most advanced prosthetic models in the Core Worlds. Droid models for both commercial and security markets.
RATIONALE
Credits talk on Duro. Senator Hydia does not have direct control over DuroTech's interests, but through close consultation with the Duros High House his voice carries unspoken authority. It is a world where the line between corporate interests and civilian authority is blurred. His family's influence is old enough to unlock most doors.
