  • Personality
After the invasion of Coruscant and his disillusionment of the New Jedi Order. Drystan emerged from the ashes of his former ideals as a sword without a purpose and a man without a cause. Drystan has become far more emotive, loosening his mask of cool nonchalance, that once defined him. Where once he was silent and brooding, he now speaks with a more eccentric and often sarcastic wit. His cold, precise nature is still there, but is no longer a permanent facet of his demeanor.

Perhaps Drystan’s most defining trait is his passion for combat. He sees it not just as a skill, but as his way of life—the very anchor of his existence. His interests, in one way or another, have always revolved around combat and martial arts. This obsession has bled into a dangerous habit, often driving him to put his health—and even his life—on the line for the sake of a good fight.
    Appearance

    • Height: 186cm
    • Build: Athletic
    • Hair Color: Black
    • Eye Color: Dark
    • Skin Tone: Pale
    • Distinguishing Features: Facial and bodily scarring, black cybernetic left arm, tattoo on neck.
    • Clothing/Attire: Varies, dark colors preferred.

Youthful, tall, and athletic, with a build intended for a balance between agility and strength. His pale skin contrasts with his short, slightly wavy black hair and intensely dark eyes. He typically wears a dark-colored bodysuit accompanied by rugged tactical pants, belts, and pouches for carrying his items, along with sturdy boots. Drystan is often seen in variations of this practical attire, designed for mobility and utility. For operations such as patrolling or more demanding missions, Drystan utilizes a set of custom armor.

After Woostri, Drystan lost his left arm and has since gained a multitude of facial scars.
    Backstory

    • Age: Mid 20's
    • Species: Human
    • Force Sensitive: Yes

Drystan Creed's life began in the shadowy underbelly of Coruscant, orphaned at a young age and exposed to the harsh realities of crime and destitution. His parents fell victim to the dangers of the streets, leaving Drystan to fend for himself. In this unforgiving environment, he learned to sharpen his mind and instincts, as well as developing the raw potential he had with the force.

After a failed attempt at stealing artifacts in the Coruscant Jedi Temple as a youth, Drystan was given an offer: To join their ranks and become a disciple of light or be turned into the authorities. Drystan took the first choice, leaving his past life behind to become an agent of the Jedi. Over the years, Drystan honed his abilities, proving adept in the tenets that led him to knighthood and the path of a Jedi Shadow.

    Inventory / Possessions

  • Strengths

    • Combat Savant: Displays natural aptitude for all things combat honed by relentless training and practice. He can adapt to and work with multiple tactics and doctrines.
    • Photographic Reflexes: Uncanny ability to perfectly replicate physical movement after seeing said movement just once. Used as a way to copy moves and mannerisms as well as a method of accelerated learning. Cannot copy the physical output of the movement.
    • Living Shadow: Highly skilled in infiltration, stealth, sabotage, and espionage.
    • Battle Forged: His body and mind are perfect conduits of violence, pushed to their fullest potential, developing athletic gifts that allow him access to impressive feats of physicality without relying on the Force as well as a nigh-unbreakable will along with mental resiliency to match that of his physical constitution.

    Weaknesses

    • Battle Bound: His obsession with conflict runs deeper than discipline—it is the place where he truly feels alive. This addiction to combat causes him to engage in unnecessary risk, push past rational limits, and forgo rest or recovery. Peace feels foreign. Without the fight, he feels lost.
    • Tempestuous: Beneath his exterior lies a simmering rage, a remnant of the hardships and trauma. This anger often seeps into his persona, driving him to strike harder and push further than necessary. While this intensity can give him an edge in tense situations, it also risks overreach or loss of control if kept unchecked.
    • Workaholic: Work ethic is relentless to a fault. He disregards limits and burns himself down in pursuit of his mission, refusing help or rest. While an aspect of his indomitable spirit, it comes at great cost—frequent injuries, mental fatigue, and emotional withdrawal.

  • Combat Style & Philosophy

Drystan prefers to leverage the use of his body to its maximum. This translates to a close-combat focused method of attack. He is a martial artist, preferring to use refined technique, believing in the synthesis of speed, strength and accuracy.

He has mastered the "principles" of combat, often putting to practice the ideal of "using the right technique at the right moment". Drystan has a custom made style suited for his strengths as opposed to conforming himself to the doctrines of traditional styles and molding himself to that style or styles.

    Force Use & Discipline

Drystan is an adept Force user with high latent potential. Having been a Jedi Shadow, Drystan has a decent understanding of force powers both light and dark. He prefers using techniques that enhance his body.

    Signature Abilities

    • Enhance Attribute: Drystan's variation is a perpetual, low-effort enhancement state where his body remains consistently optimized without strain. When necessary, he can freely increase his enhancement output to match his intent with little tell, delay or strain.
    • Mind Trick: Drystan utilizes a self imposed mindtrick to remove the limiters of the human body imposed by the brain. This allows him to exchange self preservation for more physical power.
    • Force Lightning: Instead of utilizing steady barrages of lightning, Drystan opts to enhance his attacks with it. He also has a preference to charging up larger and stronger but instantaneous bouts of lightning. Drystan's lightning is a unique red in coloration.
