Draining the Life (Self Training)

Drain Life could not be taught a great sith once said, it is only instinct that allows one to pull the life from another into ones self. To gently, or violently pull the threads that held life together, and infuse it into yours. Sin knew his hunger desire this, desire to feed on the life on the sith. Sitting in the plains of Dantooine, a small beautiful flower stood in front of the crossed legged darksider. His goal was to learn the power of Drain Life. Possession of such a power would feed his hunger. He began to manifest the images of the Vahla sacrificing him, tying him up in their arrogance that Vahl would be pleased. A stupid goddess, made up for the weak. He allowed the images to flood into him. His screaming to be set free, that be didn't want to die. They thought they'd being putting his power into the goddess'. He was young then, scared of the concept of death, of the force. Now he revealed in it, the death of Sith, of betrayal. The pictures brought pain, pain of the cuffs digging in his wrist and ankles. Pain of the near death coming, of the fear bellowing in his heart beats. Pain brought power, darkness that resided in it began to bridge the connection he had in the force. The horrifically dark connection. He built it strong, indestructible to anything. He made the pain his scapegoat to the force, his way to the darkness in his path.

The sith, just the thought beheld anger in the four letters. His images of the master speaking to him brought the fire that lit the darkness for him to see, allowed to him grab that power on the other side offthe bridge. That power that flowed through his body like a maelstrom of dark energy. Energy that heightened his concept of the things around him, every detail, every single small breath this flower took from the carbon dioxide he blew out. Now imagined the sith that attempted to hurt his master, the betrayal igniting the fire ablaze. The darkness was smoking with its sinister secrets of ruling, supernatural powers. He wrapped in that fire as he stepped across the bridge, stepping into the sea that was the force. The image if waking up in the night, the master he protected hovering over him. He was taking his force connection. How dare he, he at that night could feel the darkness leaving, his fire dying out. His threads loosened, and raced towards the master.

Now he pictured blonde hair, a red dress, it quickly aroused him, the woman who showed him passion. His anchor which kept him in the force, allowed him to command to his bidding. The passion that allowed the life to stay in his lungs, his beating heart. He pictured the threads of life inside the flower, and imagined then loosening, imagined his hands grabbing those threads, yanking on them, devouring them, felt the new power building in him. The life that felt fresh, sweet in his mouth. His muscles tensed, and flexed as he felt the new taken power from the power flow in his body. It was the sweetest thing besides that woman's lips his had tasted. In the haze of feiry blaze, and pitch blackness that was his bridge and light to the force, he sensed a animal approaching. Small in size, and curious by nature.

It walked up to him, with his focus, and closed eyes, he turned his attention in the force to its threads. They were more tightly knotted, but his hunger knew no knot to tight. He imagined the Jedi who was hypocritical in his ways. His anger bulging at the seems, he loosened those knot like he was a sailor of old. Quickly, with haste like lighting speeds, he yanked those threads into his own mouth again. He sacked the sweet taste again. The power overflowing his body. It was amazing. His eyes opened. The fkower laid crumbled and colorless. The wind blew and it went with it like ashes. He turned and the animal played shriveled up, and dead. As if the very fluids and meat were missing. He had learned the secret of Drain Life. The way the hunger devours, and is satisfied, but now it was time to feed upon the darkness of others. He smiled behind his mask. Now he was ready to feast on Sith.

But before such things, he needed to work on how fast he could drain ones life. He stood up, and walked the fields of Dantooine, for a place once of the Jedi, the place reeked of death, darkness, and pain from the past. The darkness always lingered, light was finite, while darkness was infinite. It was forever, and always, a dark romance of the cosmos. He made his way to a set of flowers, and stood before them. Instead of meditating, he called upon the dark side as is. He opened his pain, opening his darkness to the force. Hja only connection to the force. The his anger currents brandished themselves upon his darkness, bridging the connection allowing him to pass into the force with the fire blazed all around him.

He saw the threads of life among the flowers, this time even the blades of grass among them. He loosened those knots, and yanked the threads in his mouth. Of course this was how he in visioned the way it accured in his head. He was not literally eating the grass, but he watched as the flowers, and grass withered away, their life force becoming his. The sweetness spreading on his tongue. It was amazing. Now a dark patch of nothing but dirt, and dead roots laid before him. He was getting the hang of the power to consume life.

This wasn't fast enough for him though, it needed to be at his command, he shouldn't have to concentrate so hard to devour life. Quickly moving on, he walked among the fields of the planet, searching for greater prey. A tree? Why a tree? The force pulled to a giant tree, thick as a rancor, as tall as one too. Why this? Because it was old, connected to many other life forms. A great test to be truly for his hunger. He closed his eyes for this, again opening the darkness, bringing the flames, and anchoring himself in the force. He saw the threads, he could not bend them to do his will. They were too strong minded. He could however see the many knots, see the branches that came off its own threads, that produced life else where nearby. "Release your knots! Give me your life!" He demanded. It stemmed silly, but in the force all were connected, all was truly alive. He pushed his fire into its threads, and tasseled with the knots, "Give your life to me!" He demanded again, each knit was beginning to release as he developed his hate stronger.

Quickly he ripped the threads away, devouring them completely, tasting the pain now, tasting. Tree's demise of death, and the death that followed it. More, and more he could feel the pain around him, and taste it. Succulent, and sweet it was. He opened his eyes, and turned to the frighten animals that had come to see the cause of the tree's death, "I will devour you as well!" He announced as he lifted his hands up. Red lines shot from his hands, as his hunger built, and was satisfied. He quickly realized, the more he devoured the force threads of others, the bigger the hunger. He laughed a direly evil laugh as the animals fell before him. Why did it matter though, there was no being around to test it on. He observed his surroundings, all around he saw trees withering dead. Now he had his own blotch of darkness here.

Foot steps could be heard coming upon him. Farmers, these animals were heards belonging to people here. A nasty grin scared his face. "What are you doing to our animals, and our land!?" they barked, their fear clearly came out though as their voices trembled. "Yours will be mine to." He simply said. He delved deeper into his hate allowing his connection to broaden, his pain ranged in his ears it seemed as it also deepened the connection to the force. He shot his hands out, as he snapped their threads if life, like scissors to yarn. The red lines protruding from his hands waved about with dark energy of the force, sapping their life into him. Leaching every breath from their lungs, stealing every beat from their puny hearts. He witnessed them drop dead, their pigment dispersed from their bodies, it again appeared even their organs, and meat at evaperated into energy for him to feast upon. His hunger was great, but satisfied. The two were married, awe was that all? Just two? He figured oh well, continuing.

Sin turned away from the scene of horror that was the black spots of death, and withering dead organics. He traversed the land more, in search for danger. Finally he came upon a cave, a vae that reaked of death, of hive minded entries. 'Good' he thought to himself. He never broke his connection to the force, he walked in complete syncopation with it. Ready to fees on his next victim. He entered it, the darkness engulfing him. He pulled his light saber out for light. He could hear small clicking sounds coming. Suddenly a large, hip sized, arachnid appeared. He smirked at the thing. "Try to take your meal!" He barked.

It lunged at him, but he quickly saw it through the force, and side stepped away. He shot his hand out, "Now I'll take mine!" He melodramatically proclaimed. Red lines of energy again shot from his hand, taking the life from the Kenrath. More clicks came as other Kenrath marched towards him. He pointed his lightsaber towards the end he was heading and saw three more. With his hand out he leached the life of the on his right, dodged the left one jumping at him, but was slammed into the middle one qhk had charged him.

Quickly recuperating from the attack he lashed out with his saber cutting the charge in half, and shot his hand out at the left one who had again jumped at him. He caught it in mid air where it levitated. It curled and crumbled as its life drained from its body. He charged in attacking more Kenrath that came at him, lashing with the saber, and easily draining their life. He reached a central area finally, here rocks with game embedded on them glowed light. It was bright enough, it illuminated the room in a blue hue.

In the center stood what he guessed was their queen. She screeched a horrible note, as the Queen Kenrath charged him. He leapt out of the way slicing at her, causing her to screech louder when he slashed her two front legs. "Your death will satisfy me for now.$ he spoke calmly. He pushed a hand out absorbing her life. She stopped mid track, squealing in pain. Her will to live was stronger then he had thought. She nudged the pain off and charged him again, running the Vahla over. He howled in pain as she stepped on his saber arm, piercing it with her pointed appendage. He shot back up feeding the pain, and anger he felt towards the beast caste him into the dark side. He reach his free hand out again, "Die!!!!!" He roared in pure anger as he again began sucking the life from her.

He could feel a rage coming into him, and he could not control it. The red beams grew the came from his hands. The last thing he realized was a blast, and saw the beast evaporated. The blast sent him aback, through the tunnel he came from. The blast sealed the entry way of the blue hue central area with fallen boulders.

He awake to darkness and light meeting. The edge of the cave, from which he had found. He stood up, and dusted himself off. His right arm treckled with blood, and a small gash at his shoulder was on fire with numbness. He shook the pain, and smirked, had he learned the Drain Life power of the force? Had fully understood how to can upon the dark leaching of life? He smirked under his mask, he felt he had. He felt he may even have been quite advanced in it. The force only knew what he could do when he mastered it. He remembered the Kenrath Queen's evaporation, and it was glorious.

Truly the dark side lead to powers that were supernatural.
