Kestri/Tor Valum
Morning/Cloudy

After everything that has happened she needed to return for a much needed talk. Staying in her little house all day with her only personal interactions being with the Doc or Alora wouldn't cut it. She needed to make work of the relationships that fractured. She had started with her mother, luckily an easy talk once they got past her lapse in memory, and now she wanted to go see the man she trusted more than anyone else in the galaxy.

Careful footsteps carried her through the snowy streets of Tor Valum's western residential district as she made her way to Kragr's house. After them moving in, she had never been back to where him and the rest of the clan resided, a shameful act on her part. And now she was crawling back to him, with beskar legs and arms, cybernetic eyes, and a posture that befit a child more than an adult. She stopped by a corner to relax and balance herself out. Looking down, her bare feet were coated in the snow. She wasn't sure why she didn't bother to put on boots. Aside from not being able to tie a knot yet, she didn't have another reason. But at the end of the day, there was simply a false hope that she would feel the cold again in her feet... perhaps that was it.

With a sigh she walked further until she reached the front door of the "longhouse" and hit the buzzer of the door. She nearly shoved the button right through the panel as she got used to using the powerful cybernetics the Doc had given her. She couldn't wait for the day she could use the new limbs to their full potential, but until then she needed to be careful as she got more used to fine motor control.

She stood in front of the door, waiting for someone to answer. What was she going to say? Did she remember everyone even? She remembered Kragr... but did she forget the rest after her incident? After forgetting her own mother as well as a dear friend, she was paranoid about meeting people.

After pressing the button, it took a minutes or so, before someone even answered the door. As the metallic door slit open she was greeted by a stranger, though still Mandalorian, just from another clan. "Excuse me" spoke the Mandalorian, sliding past Shai and headed down the street she came from. A wall of very familiar heat of the fire from a furnace mixed with the warm and strong scent of mead quickly spread out of the building and into the cold show-covered street.

When she finally decides to enter, she was met with quite a sight of change. Whereas the original interior was altered by Kragr and the remaining clan to resemble the meathall of their old clan, had gotten quite a grand upgrade as the entire right side of the building, had been torn down and made into a workshop for very large things. Not to mention, the Titan stood proudly locked to a workstation in all of its glory.

The first thing she would notice was that the place was rather bustling with life and a couple more Mandalorians walked past Shai, giving her a few looks out of surprise by the beskar limbs. A lot were sitting by the two long tables; talking over mead or food, having a generally pleasant morning and didn't even give the newly arrived Shistavanen a notice. Other's were standing by the dancing flames having a hushed conversation, though not quite enough to make them look like they were planning anything insidious.

A few of the survivors from the clan were seen among the many guests, though none of them seemed to recognize Shai, or maybe they just didn't see her. A couple of men and women cheered over something that was mention, refilling the mugs with great enthusiasm. If Shai looked to the right, looking into the large workshop, added to the longhouse, she would see a small line of Mandalorians with all manners of weapons, armour or actually ship parts, waiting for it to be their turn.

If she followed the line to the workshop, she see, none other than Kragr himself, shirtless and rather darken tan from the sheer heat of the furnace. Kragr was hammering on a piece of a Mandalorian's armour, fixing and patching up the piece. The moment Shai started to walk towards Kragr, an enormous armoured Mandalorian from the line, placed his hand on her shoulder, "where do you think you're going? no cutting, back at to the tail of the line" Spoke the Mandalorian with great annoyance, which other's from the line, showed their annoyance with Shai

The door finally opened and Shai blinked with surprise as a total stranger moved past her, down the street. Her gaze followed him as she tried to remember his face. Was he part of the clan? Worry crept into her heart as she turned to look into the great hall, careful footsteps carrying her inside. For a brief moment she felt at ease as she looked around. Cheering, feasting and forging happened all around the place with a very familiar and warm atmosphere around the place. It took her back several years, with the memories of her with the clan in their great hall...

Ease quickly fell away as she stepped further in... and nobody seemed to even take note of her. Familiar faces stood out in the crowd and she waved with a hopeful smile, only to not receive anything back. Only a few randoms waved back, thinking that she was waving at them. The awkward stares only let her heart sink further as she slowly paced around to look for Kragr. She finally found him working hard on a piece of armour, over by a great forge with several people standing in line. With wobbly steps she tried to move as quickly as she could towards him, hoping that he would see her. Only it was not at all what happened.

Another man stopped her and chewed her out, with the rest eyeing her as well like she was some sort of... outsider. Just another person here for some work. She wasn't sure what to expect when she came to the Hall, though now that she was inside, she knew exactly what she had hoped for.

Cheering, the offering of a drink, a great slap on the back with a hearty 'Welcome back!' Looking around again, her lower lip started to quiver as she wondered what exactly was going on. Nobody recognized her. Was she even in the right place? Was it really Kragr behind the forge, or was it her mind mistaking a total stranger for someone else entirely? She stepped away from the row of warriors as she felt tears start to form in her eyes. Her gaze returned to the angry looks of the Mandalorians in front of her as she looked completely lost in a place she expected to feel at home in. Though, in that moment, a completely different emotion gripped at her sunken heart.

Her face contorted into a scowl as a snarl rippled in her throat. What remained of her mane and the hair on her back stood up as her fists balled. Stepping up to the large brute, she gave one swing with her left arm and sent the man soaring through the air. While he crashed against the feasting tables, her right arm opened up and a blaster barrel extended out. She fired two rounds up into the roof as she turned to face the rest of the hall.

"Anyone else wanna tell me how to behave around my own clan?!" Her voice bellowed through the Hall.

Her metallic eyes glared around the room as she waited for someone to open their big mouth, her blaster hand following her gaze. "Huh?! Anyone else wanna tell me not to shove in here or to stand there? With. My. OWN. CLAN?!" She barked with rage, growling like an animal at the others. "Now where the kriff is clan Loc?!" She continued, rage and confusion gripping her soul.

The sudden crash of the large Mandalorian into the feasting table, followed by the two rounds into the ceiling, halted the entire populated building. Everyone turned to look at the outbursted Shistavanen with silence. At first, Shai could feel the silent eyes stare at her from all angles, like a pack of hyenas circling their prey, but the large Mandalorian got up on his feet, seemingly ready to start a Mandalorian civil war. With a low animalistic growl, he suddenly broke into a deep hearty laughter of joy pointing directly at Kragr by the forge. "Ye owe me two hundred credits!" Called out the large Mandalorian past Shai, "thanks kiddo, you just paid for my next trip to the tavern" thanked the large Mandalorian giving her a clap on her back, before continuing to a group that were probably friends or something of the likes.

The remaining people from when Clan Loc excited went over to meet her, "did ye really think we would forget ya pup?" Asked one of them, giving the mostly machine Shai a slap on her back. Another chimed in, "I mean, who could forget such a mutt such as yourself?" It was more of a statement than a question. Making his way over to Shai, stood the familiar, though slightly older Lax with a smile only a family could give one and pulled her in for a quick hug. Pulling Shai back, so he could get a better look at the now cybernetic Shistavanen, an eyebrow raised slightly. "You know, when the Forger made your armour with you and told you to think your armour as part of you, I don't think he meant to remove limbs and give yourself cybernetics" joked Lax lighthearted to lighten the mood even further.

Finally, Kragr appeared to Shai's right and in front of her and the remaining survivors of the erasure of Clan Loc. The older Mandalorian stood bare-chested and covered in sod from working at the forge, looked the girl, though older, she was still a loud-mouthed mutt in the eyes of the clan. Nevertheless, the rest of the clan left Shai and Kragr, giving the two father-daughter-like Mandalorian room to finally meet after their time apart.

Kragr scanned the flesh and metal that was Shai Maji. "You've changed" commented the orange-coloured hair Mandalorian, motioning for the girl to follow him out of the heated and warm hall and forge and into a much cooler room. The room itself was rather simplistic in design with a desk, holo computer, sofa and other living room arrangements.

When they were finally alone, pulled the Shistavanen into a big and warm embrace, "it's good to see you again Mutt" expressed Kragr cheerfully, putting Shai down again. Heading over to pour them both a mug of mead, he spoke again, "at least tell me the other guy ended up just as bad or worse" expressed Kragr with a slight lighthearted voice, though it wasn't hard to hear the absolute fury that someone caused the need for Shai's injuries and cybernetics.
