Down the yellow brick road [ need of masters]

And so it was that as the Council had it stipulated as part of his probationary conditional agreement. Ronin was task to meet with and do some training session with couple other Master other than Sky. As part of his indoctrination and most likely assessment period......or so they say. But in fact in his mind he knew all too well it was most likely because they did not trust him. That as they themselves had stated during their initial meet....his past along with his future was uncertain. Tained and clouded there was no guarantee in their mind of his commitment and dedication perhaps to the order.

But either way with his Master Sky off on a mission somewhere else . It was deemed by them that he should start the process. Given nothing else than a lone and short com message. That he read no sooner had he awoken from the guest dorm quarters that he was assigned to. To head off to one the training area that day to meet his first Jedi Master instructor.....given just a room number and no name . He no less just hope to just get thru this day say the least somehow.

So she was supposed to train someone else. Less than a week after her honeymoon and it was back to work. It felt as if in response to the wonderful time she'd had on her vacation, she was being worked twice as hard!
Feena sighed, sitting quietly in the middle of the room. This one would have a number of masters to learn from. What she had to offer him was unique.
She would teach him how to learn.

And so after searching round for the training room that he was assign to today. Thought a couple min late he no less proceeded to open the door and enter to stop by the door. He then glancing round seeing the room empty except for lone female Master that sat in the middle of the room.Which on all account if anything got him curious at the same time cautious.....was this another one their test? Or just another thing he had to pass and do over again as part his probation.
At any rate as he then slowly walked in stop before her speak in tone both emotionless and direct.Lean back to his mindset from the past spent training with Conner. For whose namesake he carried .....not wanting show an ounce of weakness and prove himself capable of the task at hand.

" Initiate Ronin Wendigo reporting in Ma'am...."

Thought in reality he no less nervous and unsure of her.....had they told her the truth about him? Of his past and what would her thought or stand been given these fact or better yet. Conjunctured as he thought them to be at this point....look at the stranger before him with those deep set jade green eyes. He no push those thought aside for now as waited see what she and this day would bring.

Whatever his past was, it was irrelevant now. whatever he was nervous of, Feena would surely give him something else to be nervous of.
"Wrong," she snapped, rising to her feet, "In this room you are Padawan Ronin Wendigo. And I am not 'ma'am'. I am Master Mason."
she started walking in slow circled around him, hands behind her back.
"You are here to learn?"

It was then as he stood up at attention before her that she then soon came thru to reply.

"Wrong,"

Snapping up onto her feet after momentary pause.

"In this room you are Padawan Ronin Wendigo. And I am not 'ma'am'. I am Master Mason."

To which thought he didn't mind much or care to be called Padawan yet again. It was the mere fact of having call someone other than Sky Kerberos..... Master that got to him and in turn was bit harder pill to swallow. But then again as he stood silently before her with his dark jade eyes in slight defiance...gazing up at her seem much older and taller frame of the Jedi Master. He then momentary lower his gaze down to the floor as he tried to come to grips with himself. Let out a slight silent sigh as he spoke.....slowly reign in his resolve and not lash out in protest much like his mind wanted to. Slowly try keep himself center and calm as he turn gaze back at her.

"Very well.....Master....Mason....."

Left Ronin no other choice if he ever wanted redeem himself from the rut he gotten himself. Ronin had to just ride it all out and prove his worth to them second time around. Although he could not help wonder......was this by chance or design by them? Or was this part his punishment for his action long ago? No one could tell for certain but for now he knew well enough. To keep it all in and just deal with it and leave the train of doubt and mistrust behind. For the past was just that......the past and today was the first day of his future. As she then slowly began pace to walk round him with her hand behind her. Pausing briefly as she did let the following footstep fall into step before adding in speak.

"You are here to learn?"

In which time though he continued to project his hardline and tough outward appearance. Her words no less caught him a bit off guard for a moment and seem like child. He momentarily turn to tilt his head one side as he gaze at her. The faint look of curiosity no less briefly show in those eyes. For if nothing else for all his bravado and outward appearance....still linger faint glimpse of the light of the child he was deep inside. Though broken and hurt countless times by other to point that he was now.Hiding behind the masks to lock his true self and his ability from all.....make it all but hard for him to trust.....hardening his heart to the world at large.Catching himself from the momentary slip he then reel himself back before reply.

"Yes, Master.......Mason......"

The although still feel uneasy for him to say call her Master still ..... he tried harder this time around. As faint curiosity about her no less linger.......who was she ? And what new lesson was he to suppose learn from her?

This man had a peculiar way of speaking to her. She observed his posture, displeased.
"Chin up! Shoulders back! Stand up straight!" she ordered, "Posture is important!"
She stopped circling and stood in front of him.
"And wipe that look off your face. Smile. You are about to learn something that will put you ahead of the rest."
