it is a planned tier 2 that was never completed 6 more posts because if we had turned it in we would have kept it with a cloud break

That wasn't forgotten. We didn't want it to go to tier 2, so we stopped before it could get to that level. I entered in Bimmisarri, but I suppose the cloud break made it all null and void.
