My apologies.

I started out with the ability to keep up with the dominion then everything with my mother happened and things have been piling up which cause me to fall behind.

I'll wait until the Dominion is finished and the planet added to CSA influence cloud before restarting my planned facility set up as I won't have the time currently to jump in after falling so far behind.
