Dojo Dispute

The boy would simply watch as she walked off, shaking his head a bit before following after. He wondered if she could handle it, or if it was simply a "tough girl" act. Tugoro would head off towards the men's locker room, retrieving his attire from one of the small storage units he had rented. Depositing his tunic outfit, the youth would quickly slip on his pants, before throwing on his shiny brown leather flight jacket. His feet would lift off of the ground briefly, slipping into his pair of boots that had also been in the locker. Were they going to leave the dojo? Tugoro had never actually spent time with a female while "taking a break." Most of the interactions he had with women were within the Jedi Order, or crazy assassins trying to kill him. Running his hands across his head once more, the Padawan would shake his hair out, hoping to have it return to it's normal, good looking state. For some reason, he felt nervous.

At the other end of the corridor, Tugoro would spot [member="Ashe Senari"], who was now actually wearing something. Meeting her half way at their previous location, the boy would smirk widely as he aimed his arms at the Echani, as if he were presenting a master piece. "Wow, clothes!" He exclaimed in a joking manner, examining her attire now that they were up close. It was a vast improvement, though he figured she would still draw a view looks her way. Retracting one arm from the air to his side, the opposite one would reach forward, placing it's hand over top the short female. It would then move slowly but surely, arriving over his own head. He had compared their height, in a mocking but playful way. His eyes would begin to focus on her face for a moment, really examining her facial features. She looked really young, or maybe she was just pretty? It was hard to tell. "Surprised, alright," The boy would confirm, smirking slightly before continuing, "What do you want to do?" Tugoro would question curiously, unsure of what she had planned. Maybe they were going to a different establishment that was nearby? Who knew. He would find out soon enough, though.

"I'm not sure. I usually hang out here... I practically live here when I'm in this area." She told him with a small smile. He was an interesting kid, and a good sparring partner. He was one of the few people who actually managed to put up a decent fight against her. Most of her former opponents were usually out cold within minutes. He had managed to dodge and block many of her strikes, a surprising feat when facing her fluid movements and lightning fast speed. It took many years of training for most people to even be able to last more then ten minutes against the Echani. She wondered if he'd be willing to spar her again sometime. He wasn't boring either, usually the people who made attempts to talk to her were incredibly dull, most of them only ever wanting to talk about her prowess in battle. She was viewed as a soft of hero figure in the dojo due to her expertise in martial arts, and to be honest she found it rather annoying. [member="Tugoro Taidarious"]

Tugoro wasn't known for ever being a dull moment. If he was, it was probably because he was bragging about his own battle prowess that he held in high esteem. Of course, it was not as refined as [member="Ashe Senari"]'s. She was something else, for his arms still stung. Shrugging slightly, Tugoro would ponder her comment, formulating an opinion and response of his own. "Urban's alright, rural's better," he would comment, wondering why she hung around the city often. Being raised among nature, the boy found it hard to find the appeal in looming metallic skyscrapers, that blotted out the sun with their height and often pollution. "Let's leave the city," the boy would decide for both of them, giving his company a single look before heading for the dojo's exit.

Eventually, the two would make it outside onto the streets, becoming surrounded by the many structures, and bustling crowds. Commoners walked back and forth through the streets, moving for the occasional speeder than made it's way through the area. The Padawan would match his pace with her own, before waving her in the correct direction. "Like starfighters?" He would question randomly, shooting her a curious glance from the edge of his vision.

"Starfighters? Can't say I have an opinion. I've never really been on one," She replied as they walked. She wasn't very good at social situations and so asked the only question she could think of. "Where did you learn to fight? And how long have you been doing it?" She asked him. Fighting was all she knew, it made sense that her only questions would revolve around his abilities. She really had no idea what else they could do. She had never been in this situation before.
[member="Tugoro Taidarious"]

"Hm, well, you're in luck," Tugoro spoke, in response to her first statement. He left it at that though, as he continued to walk and listen to [member="Ashe Senari"]'s questions. She was interested in his fighting abilities, at least they had something in common to compensate for her lack of social skill. Tugoro enjoyed speaking of his own abilities, though her questions were rather specific. Thinking back to his childhood, the youth would recall the many rigorous days of training he had undertaken, often being left in the shadowlands to survive on his own. It was cruel of the Wookiees, though all of them faced it at one point or another. The human had been pushed harder than any other though, for he lacked the physical strength the Wookiees naturally had. In life or death situations, the boy's fighting style was rather unorthodox, however he enjoyed the more honorable aspects of martial arts.

"The Wookiees taught me at first, until I was nine," he spoke slowly, struggling to remember the facts and formulate his sentences. "Then six years studying with the Jedi." He concluding, nodding his head as he figured that answer would suffice. As the duo conversed, they made their through the streets, eventually arriving at a large docking bay. Stopping in front of the entrance, the Padawan would turn to look Ashe in the eyes, before speaking. "You move beautifully, with such passion," he stated, thinking back to their fight. The boy was surprised that she could, after inspecting that arm injury, it was sort of concerning. He could tell she was very enthusiastic about combat and perhaps some sort of deeper meaning to it? He didn't know much of the Echani, but he was interested. "Should teach me." He finished, smiling slightly, before looking to the doorway.

"I'm not the best teacher... But I guess I could try," She responded. Her hand was beginning to ache again she flexed her fingers a few times to try and make the throbbing stop. It was more of a mild annoyance after living with it for three years. It had been much worse after she had first hurt it. The doctors and healers she had seen originally thought they'd need to cut if off, but the Echani had refused to allow her limb to be severed. She would deal with whatever pain it brought her. It wasn't so bad once you got used to it. [member="Tugoro Taidarious"]

"Don't worry," the boy would respond, after listening to her answer, "I'm a fast learner."

Allowing his gaze to drop, the Jedi would focus on her arm, watching as she flexed her fingers to ease the pain. He wasn't sure if [member="Ashe Senari"] was lucky or unlucky, when compared to his own injury. She hadn't lost her arm permanently, but now it functioned at a lesser rate. Tugoro on the other severed hand, had lost his lower limb permanently, before being outfitted with a mechanical replacement. She definitely had a strong will. With a subtle flick of his wrist, the doorway in front of them would open up, allowing the duo access to the docking bays within. Beckoning her to follow with a tilt of his head, the Padawan would enter the corridors, walking along them until he reached his destination with the Echani. Looking at the departure times for certain locations, Tugoro would frown, debating on taking his starfighter to where he had in mind. However, it's cockpit was only meant to hold one person, though could hold two if needed. This had been proven after Sasha Santhe forced him to fly back to her home planet in the cramped space. Turning to examine the Echani's height, the boy figured she would fit.

"Want to wait, or leave now?" He questioned, stepping into the small hangar, which protected his most prized possession from any outsiders hoping to steal it. Parked several meters away, was the Jedi's Aleph superfighter, known as the premier craft of the galaxy. He was truly blessed to even have stumbled upon it back on the decommissioned Death Star. "Should fit us both." He spoke nonchalantly, not really caring or realizing the, what some would deem as, "inappropriateness" of the situation. He simply wanted to continue their time together, though in a more secluded, natural habitat. The city never appealed to him, for the prying eyes and looming skyscrapers made him feel somewhat overwhelmed.

"Uh where are we going?" She asked as she eyed the small spacecraft. It didn't look big enough for the both of them, but she figured he knew more about it than she did. She thought about his comment on being a fast learner and shrugged. Maybe she could teach him. She'd have to think about it before giving him a definite answer. Ashe smiled slightly as she thought about what having a student would be like. Tugoro seemed like he'd be very eager to learn. [member="Tugoro Taidarious"]

Tugoro would pause for a second, not actually having thought of a specific place to go. There were so many options, for Coreilla was a beautiful planet with lush forests, grassy plains, and even tall mountains. "Not far. Outside the city," Tugoro would speak, after a moment of brief thinking. The young boy would begin to walk towards his craft, deciding that he did not want to wait for the next transport. Bending his legs at the knees, Tugoro would push off of the ground and into a jump, landing atop the metallic hull of his Aleph. Lifting his arm, the youth would wave his hand through the air, aiming to towards his craft's opening hatch. It would slide apart, revealing the cockpit that could fit two, if one were sitting on the other.

Turning to look towards [member="Ashe Senari"], the Padawan would smile eagerly, ready to continue their spar out in the safe openness of nature. With a tilt of his head, Tugoro would beckon for her to climb up, his arm motioning towards the cockpit, allowing her entry first. When he had first flown in the fighter, he had sat upon Sasha Santhe, so it only seemed natural to let the lady go first. If such was done, Tugoro would fall in moments atop Ashe's lap, showing no signs of nervousness or awkwardness. Reaching out for several switches and levers, the young pilot would activate his ship's engine, letting it hum to life slowly and gently, not wanting to put his company on edge. Seeing as it was her first time in a starfighter, the Jedi would begin to ease it into the air, allowing it to hover up and out of the hangar. The Aleph's sleek Imperial-esque design would jut forward, slicing through the air at a decent, yet not too fast pace. Usually, Tugoro would be slamming down on the throttle, for the ship's top speed was very exhilarating.

The two would glide through the air within the confines of the ship, until Coronet city was left behind, giving them a beautiful view of the nature ahead. Grassy plains stretched for miles, along with forests that only stopped as they reached the mountain's slope. The Aleph would touch down on an open field, powering down as the brown haired lad climbed out of the cockpit, offering Ashe a hand if she needed assistance. "See! Much better!" He would exclaim enthusiastically, taking in a deep breath of the fresh air that now surrounded the duo.

Ashe climbed up into the cockpit and took a seat. Just as she was beginning to wonder how Tugoro would fit the youth dropped into her lap. She blushed fiercely as the youth began piloting the starfighter. Apparently she would have to endure the entire ride with the muscular fifteen year old sitting on her. Due to their height difference, her face was pushed into the back of his jacket. She squirmed a bit trying to get more comfortable before leaning around him slightly to see where they were going. She tried to ignore the discomfort of having someone she had only just met sitting on her. She couldn't say she was used to this, or even anything similar.

Once they reached their destination she took the hand he offered her and let him help her climb out. She dropped to the ground and paused to look around. The forest surrounding them was quite beautiful. They had landed in a large clearing with a stream running through it and wild flowers growing on it's banks. She smiled slightly at the beauty surrounding them before turning to her companion, wondering what he intended to do next. [member="Tugoro Taidarious"]

The radiating energy of life was too clear to the youth, as he opened his mind to the force, allowing it to sense out everything that surrounded him. There were millions upon millions of lifeforms that could be felt, be they microscopic, or simply in the river nearby, out of view. Spinning slowly on his heel, the young boy would take a moment to observe the beautiful landscape around him, truly appreciating it's tranquility. Tugoro was definitely eager to continue their spar, however there was something that he wanted to do during their break. Upon meeting [member="Ashe Senari"], the young Jedi had felt her force sensitivity, something that he was reminded of as his sense went to work.

Hopping down from the starfighter's hull, Tugoro would land beside the Echani, craning his neck slightly to look at her. A warm breeze would roll in across the plains, tossing the youth's hair about slightly as he began to walk away from the female, and towards the nearby stream. Looking over the bright flowers that decorated the stream's shore, Tugoro could not help but take a seat near them, inhaling through his nose to take in the pleasant scent. "We are gifted, you know," the boy would begin, allowing his eyes to follow the flowing stream that was nearby. It reminded him much of the energy that surrounded and bound all living things, known as the force. "Have you been taught?" He questioned vaguely, wondering if she was able to use the force efficiently.

"Taught what? I've been taught fighting all my life, I told you that," She replied, a bit confused. She didn't know what the young Jedi was talking about. She took a seat next t him, her face still red from having him sitting in her lap. She ran a hand through the flowers and smiled. This would be a nice place to add to her sketchbook, she thought as she continued to look around. She smiled a bit at the sound of the stream running by them as she waited for Tugoro to answer her. [member="Tugoro Taidarious"]

The boy would begin to laugh softly, as his arms reached behind his back, placing their palms against the cool grass as he relaxed. "Oh, I know," Tugoro would reply at first, smirking slightly as he remembered the stinging in his arms. She knew how to fight, however her ways were honorable and straight forward, unlike some street brawlers he had seen in his time. He appreciated her ways, and could sense the good intent in her, along with...Embarrassment? Lifting one of his arms forward, Tugoro would hold it up in the air, allowing [member="Ashe Senari"] to get a good look at it. "The force, I mean," he would say, still smirking as he began to concentrate, causing the energy within him to flow into his fingers. A bright, but brief emerald glow would envelop the youth's hand, as small bolts of electricity danced upon his fingertips, before dissipating into the air.

Looking up at her face, he would notice how red it had gotten. She looked pretty when she blushed, though Tugoro wanted to know why she was in the first place. "You okay?"

"Yeah I'm fine! Just not used to having people sitting on me," She told him with a smile. She thought about his other comment and shook her head. "I've never been trained in the force... Why?" She asked him curiously. As far as she knew she had no sensitivity to it, so why would she be trained in it? Besides, her vibrosword and hand to hand combat skills suited her fine. She had no intention of becoming a Jedi or anything. She didn't see force training as something she really needed. [member="Tugoro Taidarious"]

The youth would slowly smile sheepishly, becoming aware of [member="Ashe Senari"]'s embarrassment. Thinking back to his first ride in the craft, he figured he could empathize with here to a degree. Tugoro was oblivious to most social norms, and cared little for them. Even so, he would look towards the Echani who sat next to him, speaking genuinely, "Sorry." It's not that he was sorry for his actions, more so the feelings they had caused.

Turning his attention back to the nature that surrounded them, the young Jedi would become to focus his mind once more, letting it slowly clear of thoughts and emotion. Hopefully he would be able to help the female unlock her usage of the force, for he could feel it flowing through her veins. As he relaxed, the young Padawan would exude an aura of warmth and tranquility, one similar to the peaceful tone set by nature already. "Close your eyes," he began, carefully choosing every word before he spoke, "Block out all distractions. Clear your mind, and relax." He urged, remembering his first session of meditation.

"Like the stream, the force flows. Around, and inside you," he would begin to conclude, pausing before adding, "yes, you." Surely she would realize her force sensitivity now.

Ashe nodded and tried to do as he instructed. She closed her mind and cleared it of all thought. She began to feel some kind of power stir within her. She took a deep breath to calm herself as she thought about this new information. She didn't know how to feel about it. She knew she had no interest in being a Jedi, but she was interested in learning to control it. She wondered if she'd be able to find a teacher outside of the Jedi. She wasn't sure if a Jedi would train her when she had no desire to join them. She'd have to find someone else to teach her. [member="Tugoro Taidarious"]

Sitting quietly beside [member="Ashe Senari"], Tugoro would wait patiently as the Echani began to focus. Through the force, he could feel her latent powers unlock, as her mind opened up to them altogether. She would be able to sense and feel thousands of life sigantures, especially the boy's own which was bright and warm. The youth's eyes would drift close as he too calmed his mind, allowing the force to flow through him, triggering his sensing abilities. Tugoro could sense some sort of conflict within the female, for she was worried about a commitment?

"What's wrong?" The boy would question, wondering what she was truly thinking about.

"It's... just a little overwhelming," She replied, not wanting to voice her true concerns. She openned her eyes and laid back. The sun was beginning to set over the clearing and she watched the sun make it's slow descent to the horizon. She wasn't sure she wanted to continue their sparring match right now. She'd rather be lazy and gaze up at the sky for the rest of the night. On the few nights she had been allowed to stay up when she was younger she had always enjoyed staring up at the stars. The clearing seemed like an excellent spot for this and she smiled, wondering if Tugoro would be willing to stay that long. [member="Tugoro Taidarious"]

Tugoro's head would nod slowly, showing that he understood what she meant. He remembered the first time he had accessed the force. It's power had enlightened the boy, giving him the ability to do great, and terrible things. A brief look of concern would spread across the youth's face, as he remembered the darker times of his past, where he had regrettable things. It was obvious that his mind was thinking at a fast rate, but he didn't show it as he began to speak slowly, though seriously. "I understand. Believe in your will. I do, you are very serene." Tugoro spoke, having analyzed her psyche doing the spar. Her confidence in battle was a minor concern, for the control she demonstrated proved superior.

"It's your journey now, which path though?" He questioned, very curious as to what [member="Ashe Senari"] planned to do. Would she simply ignore the information she had been gifted, or would she train and hone her new abilities?

"I'm...Not sure yet," she told him as she continued to watch the sunset above them. She never wanted to be a Jedi, but she was curious about what exactly she'd be capable of if she was trained. She sighed softly. Her brain was beginning to hurt from all the thoughts running through her mind. Ever since she left Eshan life had gotten complicated. She didn't know how to handle being away from home, but she knew she wouldn't be going back anytime soon. She'd just have to tough it out for now. [member="Tugoro Taidarious"]
