TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
One of the tenants of the Je'daii, and Jedi orders are the requirement to seek out knowledge in any form. As the Je'daii are a religion of people who seek the balance of the force within themselves, Knowledge of both the light, and dark sides of the force are a necessity. One of the trials needed to further their knowledge, as well as progress with the Trials of the order is to create any kind of artifact that is imbued with the force.
Sahna is not a warrior. She is not the person who would as easily pick up a sword as she would a pen. Thus, something that would aid her in other aspects would be more suited rather than the conventional sword. Creating a pendant was the easiest choice. Even more so that Sahna had seen a force vision of this item for only a second. She had to go through with this plan.
As Ignis had created his own sword before, and knew how to create such items, he aided in the actual forging of the metal and the fabrication of the pendant while Sahna had focused upon the pendant during creation, as well as the imbuement process. Such that the two of them have created a pendant for her, and through their connected mental capacities during the process, Sahna will have an easier time in the future to recreate this item, or otherwise other items that are imbued through the force.
Designed around the form of an owl with a moon, is a sign of knowledge, in the light of the moon, as well as in the darkness of the night that surrounds the creature. Thusly the crystal that is held in its talons is a Focus crystal. When attuned in a lightsaber it was thought to allow better concentration in battle. Now when attuned in a pendant, it allows better faculties for that of the mental force abilities of Sahna, as well as increases her chances of having force visions. While it does not give them to her, it only provides a better chance to reach and use this power as it is known for being spotty when used.
