Disturbing the Peace (warning possible graphic nature)

They called the temple, Chutak Zamzidehi in the local tongue which translates into the Heart of Pain. An apt named for the location that Daxton choose to make into his home. It was a wound in the Force, which resonates pain, fear, despair and death. It did not help one bit that the Sith Knight, conducted vile rituals involving human sacrifice and torture within its once hallowed halls.

No longer can the tread of living beings be heard in its spacious stone hallways, only the quiet hum of droid servos indicate that the place was still occupied. Whole sections have been walled off while others booby trapped with a variety of sadistic and painful tools designed to maim, injure and incapacitate.

It was here that Mia was taken to, blindfolded and chained in the dank lower levels. Stripped of her clothes and dignity, she was only given a thin cotton shift to protect her from the elements. How long she has been here she no longer knew. Days seemed to stretch forever and yet she dreaded most was when the one she once knew as Elias was close by.

She tried to resist, tried to fight back, tried to be defiant. But all her efforts only seemed to amuse him even more. When she refused to eat and drink, he had the droids hook her up to an intravenous feeding system. Occasionally he would add drugs to her dosage which caused her to experience delusions and horrifying nightmares. Then he made her inhale a dark brown gas he called Vertigo and time seemed to slow down to a crawl at the same time all her senses were expanded exponentially. She could feel the caress of his breath as he whispered softly into her ear, the cold touch of his fingers on her exposed flesh, the smell of rain and moist earth, it was driving her to the limits.

Again he asked softly, "Tell me your darkest secret, my dear Mia. And I will allow you to ask one question in return."

There were moments when Mia would give up, where her chin would fall against her chest and she would weep. Hours where she believed that her brothers and sisters and forgotten her. Had the beacon been activated when the ship was destroyed? If it was then where were they? She had never been born on Mandalore, perhaps they felt she was not one of them and didn't deserve rescuing.

Sometimes she'd see her father Jaxx, he would smile at her and tell her to hold on, that everything was going to be ok. And then he would come, and she would be left with nothing but his poison whispers in the darkness and his icy fingers. She could feel him there before he even spoke and a small sob escaped her. "Leave me alone." she pleaded as his breath sent goose bumps down over her body.
He wanted to play a game. She did not like these games, she could not trust his answers.

You are a Mandalorian, Mia. you are my daughter, not some weakling. Fight this!
Hearing his voice in her mind gave her strength again and she drew in a deep shuddering breath. "You want a secret?" she breathed, her chains rattling as she pulled against them "I dream of the moment I will kill you. The look that will be on your face when I drive my beskad into your stomach. That won't be the end of it though, I will make your death last."
She would not give today. She couldn't let him break her.

Her answer did not dissuade him, in fact it aroused a certain interest in the Sith Knight. "You dream of killing me? Is that a fact, my dear. How can you when you are so, so weak? How can you tell me you hate me when your body warms to my touch." Daxton spoke softly into her ear, as his fingers caress softly the nape of her neck, down the valley of her breasts, until his palm lies against her flat stomach. "Stop lying to yourself Mia. You know you want this, you want it more than life itself, don't you?"

Every fibre of Mia's being screamed at her as he touched her. They screamed in pleasure, in hate and in disgust all at once. It shook her resolve and she found she couldn't speak, she merely held her breath until he spoke again. She closed her eyes as tears welled in them and threatened to leave tracks down her dirty cheeks.

"No." she said, a single word that conveyed every ounce of her hate for him, yet trembled like she was on the verge of tears. "My brothers will come for ,e. and when they do I'm going to make sure they leave you for me so I can enjoy every moment of your death."

"Your brothers? They have abandoned you, just like everyone in your life has left you when you needed the most. Only I have been here for you. I alone have been the shoulder you lean on. Only I am the voice you can trust. Still you doubt me? Tell me if you are so precious to your brothers, why aren't they here. Come on then my dear. Let them come in their mighty armies and save you from me." Pressing his body close to hers, he whispered, "And while you wonder why don't they come and save you, your body will yearn to touch mine. I will break you and remake you in a perfect warrior. You will learn to trust me, to yearn for me. Perhaps even to love me, for I alone will never leave you. Even in the coldest of nights, I will be in your head, in your thoughts, in your deeds. And you will beg to feel me touch you, to press against you."

Mia was trembling whether it was pleasure of disgust she didn't know. His words made her feel sick and she shook her head against them. Her brothers would come for her. They hadn't abandoned her, they just hadn't worked out where she was yet. That was it. They were still looking, they wouldn't abandon Jaxx's daughter, adopted or not they wouldn't do it. He was well known for helping his brothers when needed, surely they wouldn't abandon his daughter?

Or would they?

The doubt sprung up from the dark corners of her mind and made her open her eyes. Not that she could see anything beyond the blindfold. His body against hers was warm and she hated the fact that she liked that, days of being left in a cold damp place made you yearn for warmth. She needed to get beyond her body's needs and remember who this was and what he was going to do and had already done to her.

She had to remember.

Guessing where his head was from his whispers she jerked her head towards it, aiming to head butt him, for she couldn't trust her mouth to speak.

"Feisty, I like that in a woman." Daxton said as he rubbed his head, likely she hurt herself more than she hurt him. "I have all the time in the universe my dear. No one is coming for you. Perhaps a day or so without water would make you reconsider. I will break and ride you my dear, don't fight it. You might actually like it." Then he was gone leaving her all alone in the dungeon save for the scurrying of rats and spiders.

Mia slumped against the wall she was chained too as Daxton left her, allowing her tears to finally roll freely. Why was she still here? how long had it been? Was Daxton right about being abandoned? There was no way of telling without knowing how long she had been locked down here.

She didn't know how long she cried for, only that at some point, she drifted into a restless sleep haunted by dreams of Daxton and her father. She woke with a start, her lips split and sore and her mouth dry. She had done herself no favours by crying herself to sleep and further speeding up the process of dehydration.

Mia

She leapt from her skin looking madly round the room for the source of the voice that she knew as her fathers.

Hold on Mia, they will come for you. I will come for you. I promise.

"Father?" she breathed, knowing she was hearing things and finally going mad but still yearning for the comfort of his voice.

Don't worry ad'ika, he won't hurt you anymore

"You're lying." she whispered softly "He will destroy me and you know it, you never were very good at hiding the bad stuff."

K'oyacyi

She sighed. Hang in there, she thought to herself, what for?

For Mandalore

It wasn't clear how long Daxton left her there, but Mia was woken up by the hood being removed from her head, causing her to blink as a bright light focus on her face. Without warning water began to pour down on her head, barely giving her time to breath. Sweet, cool, life giving water. Daxton did not care if she drowned or drank her fill, it amused him to make her debase herself that way.

With a snap of his fingers the light dimmed, and he approached her. Putting his hand on her chin to force her to look into his eyes, she could see the orange irises dilate with pure malice. "You must be wondering why your brothers aren't here. Why haven't the Mandalorians saved you? Well to tell you the truth, they have abandoned you. Just like they have abandoned the people of Junction. 5 billion people. Men, women, children left to the untender mercies of the Sith as our fleet entered their space. They didn't even put up a fight. Just picked up and ran like rats from a sinking ship. They aren't coming Mia. The brothers you so trusted to save you have left you all alone........for me."

Without warning his lips latched on hers, bruising and rough, ending with a bite on her lower lip. She struggled as his hands roamed up and down her thin shift, heightening her feeling of defenselessness. Laughing softly, Daxton stepped back and said, "They have left you to rot. But all is not lost. I can still save you. Join me and I will give you power, prestige, everything your heart desires. Even the one desire your mind tries to deny."

Laughing again, he places the hood back over her head, and leaves alone in the dark once more.

The sudden removal of her hood and the sight of light made her cry out in shock only resulting in the inhalation of water that was both a blessing and a curse. She drank what she could between coughs and splutters, and the moment it stopped coming her heart sank and she looked for Daxton, though she could see nothing beyond the bright light.

Then the darkness almost returned and he was upon her, his orange eyes glinting in the dim light. It took her a moment to understand what he had said. Junction taken by the sith. Abandoned by her brothers. No, it couldn't be true, could it?

who are you kidding Mia, the voice came from the dark corner of her mind, you know its true.

Before she could begin to contemplate where that thought had come from his lips were upon hers. She struggled to get away but his hands and the chains held her fast. Mia's eyes betrayed her, they showed that she had lost her fight and that all the struggle was for show. She just wanted the chains to come off and to be able to defend herself.

How could he save her? she pondered in the darkness.

He controls the chains, mir'osik, he can remove them. Join him.

Mia. her fathers voice had never been so faint. Mia they are coming.

"LIAR!" The scream erupted from her lips and she yanked against the chains so hard the cut into her wrists.

no, ad'ika never to you

"You left me once. I had to come for you. Then you left me for good. Just like they have, you always told me they accepted me but it was a lie!"

Ni kar'tayl gar darasuum, ad'ika

"Love can't help me now."

The darkness crept into her mind drowning him out. You know it to be true Mia, you know only Daxton can save you now. Only he has the key to release you from this.

How long she was kept in the dark? She had lost track because of the heat, hunger, probably the drugs he gave her. She measured time in the brief instances he was with her, touching her, making her feel more pleasure she could know possible, yet always teasing, promising, tempting her with food as one would do a pet. Making her beg for his touch this was all greatly amusing.

Then one day she was fed something that knocked her out completely. When she awoke, her naked form was covered by a silk sheet of purest white. She was in a strange room, with no one else in sight. If she tried to remember how she got here, all she would recall were nights of sensual touches, feverish kisses and laughter, delightful laughter. A half empty bottle of Caladan wine lay open on the glass table, two empty glasses nearby. Daxton nowhere in sight.

The only aberrant clue was a thin silvery band latched across her ankle with a pulsing core gem of radiant blue.

Her body ached, but it was not a bad ache. It was the sort of ache that you got after a heavy night of drinking that led to memory loss and when you opened your eyes you rolled over there was going to be a stranger next to you. Yet when Mia opened her eyes she was greeted with none of this. Slowly she sat up and spotted the empty wine, she could remember the touch and the laughter.

His laughter. She suddenly felt sick with herself. Everything about this was wrong, or was it. "Daxton you bastard." she breathed, unable to make sense of her emotions, she both wanted him and despised him. Rising from the bed, she investigated the room looking for anything, be it clothes, food, drink or even a weapon. She found a short silk dress that was as white as the sheet she had been slepping under. Pulling it over her head she moved to the door and pressed her ear against it.

The sound of footsteps sent her flying across the room again. Snatching the empty wine bottle she smashed it on the table, forming the only weapon she could and climbed onto the bed looking like a mad animal with the bottle pointed at the door waiting for whoever was going to enter.

The doors withdrew in a hiss and a silvery protocol droid, dressed in a smart somber grey suit entered. "Good morning, Mistress Monroe. You are up early today. Did you break the bottle? I fear it is already empty. If you could hand it over before you cut yourself I would greatly appreciate it. I have informed the staff below that you are awake, shall I have them prepare breakfast?"

It raised his arm expectantly waiting for her to hand him the broken bottle.

Mia blinked, lowering the bottle slightly, the polite tone throwing her off guard for a moment. She looked from the droid to the door behind him that was still open. Daxton wasn't there, she could escape with ease the protocol droid would not be able to stop her.

But Daxton could be anywhere else waiting for her, a thought that filled her with fear, but also excited her. Feeling sick with herself again she looked back at the droid, ignoring his out stretched hand. "Where is he?" she asked it "Where am I and who are you?"

"Where is who Mistress Monroe?" The droid replied as it processed the questions, "You are home. I am F4K0, but you call me Bruce. Shall inform the staff you desire breakfast, mistress?"

Mia's rage flared and she leapt at the droid, knocking him over and smashing the bottle over his head. "DAXTON!" she shouted "Where is Daxton!? This is not home! My home is MANDALORE!" She looked up at the door, once more at the bewildered protocol droid and then ran for it, ignroding the sharp pain in her feet as she stepped onto the glass she had just broken.

Leaving red foot steps in her wake she fled down the corridor and found stairs, which she practically flew down, though she lost her footing on the bottom step and toppled into something. It gave a cry of surprise but she didn't stop to look at it. Another door and more droids were in her path, moving through them all, dodging them she threw herself through the door into the outside world and stopped.

Why would he leave her here? Where was here? Why was she not chained? A lump formed in her throat as fear and rage battled inside her. She sank to her haunches on the doorstep and hugged her knees. It was then she saw again the silver band with its pulsing blue core on her ankle. A hysterical laugh escaped her and she clapped a hand over her mouth. Oh she was chained, just not to a wall, nor a bed. She was chained to this place, with silver protocol droids and no idea what was going on.

"Mistress you are injured and leaking. Stop please." The droid said with a voice approximating panic as it struggled to pursue after her finally catching up to her at the doorstep. Lifting her injured foot with his robotic arm, it efficiently removed the glass shards imbedded in her flesh before spraying synthi skin to stop the bleeding.

"You inquired the location of the Master, he is presently unavailable at this current time. He said to make sure that all your desires were to be met within reason and to make you welcome in your new home. You and the master have been here for the past several weeks on your honey moon. Although I am to assume that was what all that nectar was for. Please be more careful mistress. The droids and I are here to serve you and whatever you may wish."

Mia stared blankly at the droid as it removed the glass shard from her foot unable to take in what he had said. The two words that hit home the hardest were 'weeks' and 'honeymoon'.

"Honeymoon?" she repeated her voice barely above a whisper, as nausea rose within her. "I didn't...we're not...no...NO!" she scrambled to her feet again, wincing at the pain in her foot. "You're lying. I didn't marry him. We're not married. This is a stupid game of his. I need..."

What did she need? A weapon? A ship? Some sense of reality? Yes, all of the above, but this droid could give her none of these. Slowly she turned things over in her mind chewing her lip as she did. "...to make a holocamera. Do you have one?" Daxton's greatest mistake as unchaining her and allowing her to walk around. A plan began to form in her mind, she would play along with his game and in the meantime try and get a message together to transmit home. If she could get something to them to tell them she was alive they might try to come for her.

"Mistress I am a droid. It is outside my function to tell an untruth." The sting of the antiseptic quickly disappeared and it adjusted itself and a small lens appeared in the center of its chest. "Do you wish to make another recording mistress? As you know that is but one of my many functions."

Mia put her hand over the droids camera. "You can't tell an untruth unless and untruth has been told to you. It. is. a. lie." she said slowly with hatred for Daxton behind every word, though there was no way she cold prove it. As the lens appeared on his chest she placed her hand over it "No, not with you. You belong to him and I cannot trust you not to give whatever I record to him. I want a holocamera free from any droid. And I want access to a communicator and..."

What else did she want? what else could she do while she waited for Daxton to reappear. "Breakfast, and some clothes that don't make me look like a little slut. Understood?" she walked back inside finding a small lounger and flopping onto a chair, another droid appeared offering her some juice, Mia glowered at him. "I would prefer something stronger." she said sulkily.
