The Farworlds Alliance Mission Terminal is the faction's notice board for missions, expeditions, contracts, bounties, Covert Operations, cultural events, contests, and requests for story support.

This is not an approval gate. You do not need permission to write ordinary Farworlds Alliance stories, start threads, develop your character, or invite others into a plot.

Use the Mission Terminal when you want visibility, volunteers, opposition, help shaping an idea, or larger IC Alliance support. Tag Matthew of Valendale or contact them when you have something you want advertised or shared with more official support, and we'll see what we can do to help you out!

  Inbound Flights are problems, people, signals, or opportunities coming toward the Alliance.
  Use this for distress calls, refugee arrivals, diplomatic envoys, returning scouts, trade requests, threats entering Alliance space, requests for aid, missing ships calling for rescue, or frontier settlements asking for protection.
  Example: A damaged refugee convoy arrives near Alliance space, pursued by raiders and carrying survivors from a lost colony.

  Outbound Flights are missions heading away from Alliance space.
  Use this for exploration, scouting, route-building, surveys, expeditions, ancient ruins, lost colonies, missing ships, frontier diplomacy, convoy escorts, or Unknown Regions travel.
  Example: A scout vessel is sent to chart a dangerous route through unstable hyperspace and investigate a signal from an unmapped world.

  Covert Operations are quiet, deniable, or sensitive missions.
  Use this for spying, sabotage, extractions, secret diplomacy, information gathering, undercover work, scouting hostile territory, or quietly solving a problem before it becomes public.
  Example: A contact inside a slaver port has gone silent, and the Alliance needs a discreet team to recover evidence before the trail goes cold.

  Contracts are direct jobs offered by member worlds, houses, companies, fleets, settlements, or allied groups.
  Use this for escort work, security jobs, military contracts, supply runs, patrol work, hired protection, trade route protection, or support requested by a signatory.
  Example: A merchant house offers payment for convoy guards after repeated attacks along a remote trade route.

  Bounties are target-focused jobs.
  Use this for pirate captains, slaver cells, wanted criminals, dangerous beasts, stolen cargo, missing persons, hostile agents, or threats that need to be found, stopped, captured, exposed, or driven off.
  Example: A slaver cell has been identified along a fringe route, and the Alliance needs hunters, scouts, and witnesses.

  Events are social, cultural, civic, or diplomatic gatherings.
  Use this for feasts, festivals, ceremonies, markets, balls, memorials, cultural exchanges, charity galas, noble gatherings, public celebrations, holidays, and member-world showcases.
  Example: Veridia hosts a lantern market where Alliance representatives trade gifts, test alliances, and hide sharp insults beneath perfect manners.

  Contests are structured games, tournaments, trials, or competitions.
  Use this for archery contests, dueling exhibitions, piloting races, survival trials, cooking contests, beast hunts, fashion shows, art showcases, honor challenges, or festival games.
  Example: Centerra hosts a Trial of Banners, inviting warriors, scouts, diplomats, and nobles to compete beneath the eyes of their houses.
  
  
  

STORY SUPPORT

PERSONAL PLOTS • HELP WANTED • CONNECTIONS

Story Support is for writers who have a personal or smaller idea and want help connecting it to the Farworlds Alliance.
This can be used when you need other writers, opposition, a rescue team, diplomats, soldiers, scouts, a reason to join, faction context, or help turning a rough idea into a playable thread.

  Start the thread, post the idea, ask for writers, and let people know what kind of help you want.
  The Mission Terminal is here to make stories easier to find, not to make members wait in line.

  Ask for larger faction support when your story needs official IC Alliance action, shared resources, military forces, diplomatic response, Assembly attention, or consequences that affect multiple member groups.
  This is not meant to block stories. It helps keep larger faction actions clear and consistent.

  Do not claim the whole Alliance officially supports something unless it has passed through the proper process.
  
  Do not deploy major Alliance-wide forces, fleets, sanctions, laws, or resources without Steward coordination or an Assembly Motion.
