Diplomatic Jedi Master Wanted

So what I'm looking for it someone who can teach me the Jedi arts and someone who can teach me how to be a politician. I would like for this character to serve as both a Jedi and an ambassador for the planet Glee Aselm, the Nautolen home world. If there's someone out there who can do both great, otherwise I'm fine being between two teachers.
