Armor Description
Description: Needing an ultralight set of phrik armor for those who prefer mobility over protection the devil class armor was created. An armor system that is majority mesh with a few small thin phrik plates placed in vital areas.

How it's built. The suit boils down to it being completely phrik armor mesh with some ballistic shielding covering it, it's simple, basic, and lightweight. There's no special attachments to it besides a comm link to provide the user with the flexibility they need. The process of its creation is a layer of comfy lightweight fabric, light armor mesh, small near paper knife thin plates, and a coat of ballistic shielding. Then spray paint it whatever color you want.

Power/Protection. As far as protection goes the mesh will stop your standard blaster pistol, nine mil or even a .45 and of course glancing sweeps from sabers. On the plates it's capable of stopping stabbing motions from sabers, and even an assault rifle grade blaster rifle however it's only meant to take a single shot due to how thin it is. The plates are located on the chest pectorals, individual abdominal muscles, and shoulders. So there are very few of them on the armor. This gives the armor its value in lightweight mobility and the ability run faster and do more without having to slow down.

Drawbacks. It's mainly mesh so knives, large caliber bullets, and even a lightsaber strike with some power behind it will breach the armor. It'll perform fantastically against light attacks but anyone packing serious heat like assault rifles or swords can cut this armor up very easily. They'd just have to able to hit the target first.

Summary. Overall it's a pretty basic piece of armor and it does the job of offering light protection while maintaining its users mobility.
