SPECIAL FEATURES
It is a T-21 Light Repeater with the following modifications

- In comparison to a normal T-21 Light Repeater, this is an all around better blaster in all respects.
- Increased Power: It can punch through heavily armored vehicles much like how the normal T-21 can punch through lightly armored vehicles and Shield Generators. The maximum range has been increased by 33%.
- Increased Fire-Rate: Due to a modernized, advanced cooling apparatus, it now has an extremely quick fire-rate on par with many anti-personnel artillery units.
- Alternate Fire-Settings: It can now turn on a lower power setting with higher fire rate for the purpose of suppression though that would take up around 50% of its ammunition, while still certainly on the higher-end of power in comparison to other guns. It now also has a stun setting.
- Like its predecessor, it can be hooked up to a larger power-cell to increase fire-rate.
- It is ludicrously heavy.
- Even with the thickened Durasteel, it can become rather hot to handle. While the cooling capacitors can deal protect the systems from harm, the casing will become hot to the touch. There are designated plasteel & dallorian alloy handles but most people will find it uncomfortable or even painful with extended use. use.
- It has far more parts and complexity than its original form, requiring more frequent repairs which are also more complicated to do.
Deryn's Light Repeater is far from its original form. With enhanced power and fire rate, it is a weapon suitable for the power that Deryn packs by himself alone. Granted, it does come with the shortcoming that not many people are capable of wielding it. It is double the weight of its original form and unlike the original form, the power cell is within the blaster itself. This makes the balance even more precarious as aiming an actual 42 Kg blaster and firing a 4.5 kg blaster with a 20 kg power cell on your back often has a staggeringly difficulty difference. However, this drawback is often null along with the heat due to his abilities as a Gen'Dai.
