DESCRIPTION

Sixty centuries ago, the Derriphan-class battleship was the height of military technology. Fleets of these vessels threatened or conquered a significant fraction of the galaxy. Akure Executive Interstellar, known for ambitious alchemy, has resurrected the legendary design and revitalized it.

The resulting ship hews as close as reasonable to the ancient Sith flagships. Six rapid-fire main guns, three forward heavy warhead launchers, half a squadron of starfighters, a crew of only two dozen, a passenger capacity of nearly a thousand, a reliance on a tough hull rather than shields -- all of these elements remained virtually identical.

To all that, AEI and the Iron Crown shipyards added some significant refinements. The new Derriphan can conveniently house personal transports and shuttles. The armor and major bulkheads have been treated with a lower-grade version of the same alchemies that make Sith swords so durable. The six obsolete autoblasters are now fast-tracking, rapid-fire light turbolaser turrets with a wide range of motion. The ancient missile launchers are now capital-grade proton rocket tubes. The class-four hyperdrive is now a modern class-one-point-five. Most ambitious of all, Akure's professional alchemist teams infused each ship with a mild derivative of the Seed of Rage effect. Though it won't inspire insanity, the alchemical enchantment helps crew and passengers to enter a focused, combat-ready fury -- and stay that way throughout long and draining battles. (After the battle is another matter entirely. The owner and crew will need serious rest and relaxation.)

Due to their hangar and passenger space, Derriphans are a common choice for high-level AEI functionaries. Externally, AEI markets them as unmatched nostalgia pieces, elite personal transports, and collectible light frigates small enough to fit within a Star Destroyer's hangar bay. You can imagine who the most frequent customers might be.

This ship actually seems pretty balanced, but I'd like you to add this(or shortened version) to strengths.
