Delivery for the Damned?

Dar'Manda, the home of what some would call the remnants of the Hutt Cartel, disillusioned with their failures while the Hutts focused solely on their victories, as few as they may be. But Hutts had the time to spare, their lifetimes could expand like stars careening past a ship darting through the void of Hyperspace. But most others, they couldn't be frugal with life, they had once chance and had to hold it with an iron grip as it quickly dropped out of the hand escaping into the void of space as time passed them by.

Though these simplistic philosophies wasted what it was about, Thraxis had been hard pressed to move into Dar'Manda, though even harder pressed to keep it a secret. He had few resources in the Galaxy he could utilize, though with hard work and dedication he managed to get the place up and running satisfactorily, scrap and junk littered the footpaths of Dar'Manda, the bright neon lights that were all too familiar within the criminal underbelly somehow didn't exist. Instead, small bulbs produced the little light, everything was on a shoestring budget. He might have had a lot of credits at his disposal, but building a city essentially from the ground up managed to sap away any credits that you had to spare.

And it was with this problem that most issues arose, people found a knack for bumping prices up where they could, not realizing that spending a few years with a Hutt tended to make one know that a Meiloorun cost nine credits, not ten. And it was with these tiniest of increments that had developed a certain Ire in him, he couldn't manage to pay an exorbitant fee for food to feed his people.

Thraxis was not a popular man in reality, outside of the Graveyard he was hated, despised and reviled as a monster. Fair points, which is why when someone took the job to deliver food to Dar'Manda he could sigh a breath of relief. "Finally. Now we don't have to supplement our food with the Fungus the Gammoreans keep cultivating." he said, a wash of relaxation washing over him as he sent out the first Star Map to Dar'Manda. Some people thought Star Maps were obsolete, those people were fools because they thought that way and then flew into a Black Hole. Something that was an all too real threat for traveling to Dar'Manda thanks to the close proximity of a Black Hole.

He clicked a few buttons, opening up a comm channel, describing what he needed, when he needed it done as well as an enclosed Star Map to his system. It was risky business, he didn't want to give it out to just anyone, so had full intentions of wiping it off her entire ship.

Deliveries far and beyond, dar'manda was a place she didn't even know existed, but she wasn't about to say no to a customer, she had just listened to what he needed and had entered hyperspace within a hour, soon she was there and unloading

However she was bold, she waited for the man as she started to think, how was she gonna get a little more off this man..
She had said 350000 for the shipment do to the risk and ampunt...maybe she could get double

A message had been sent back, Adal Armina seemingly worked fast. Thraxis let out a sigh as he began the arduous trip, flicking on some lights on one of the used landing pads, the small scattering of light the only thing capable of illuminating it as it was covered by a fine length of vines and shrubbery hiding it from the outside world he had no wish of letting view the spectacle. A bright ornament of color flared to life, illuminating the night sky of the graveyard as Thraxis gave Adal directions to the landing pad.

Then came the hard part, Thraxis moved through Dar'Manda with as much speed as he could muster the travel from his crib to the land above took a few hours at most, warning her of the time it would take to arrive. As he finally escaped he popped open a comm to the HoverBarges hidden in the outposts scattered about, "I want all hoverbarges to meet me at Landing Pad 7-A, be careful, the Dead have been more rowdy than usual." he said as he hopped on a Speeder Bike, making his way to Landing Pad 7-A with great trial and tribulation, he hadn't cleared out a path to their yet from Dar'Manda making their wait time considerably longer than it should have been.

She moved to 7-a

She landed carefully as she saw now real place to land, however when the ship touched down she gave a sigh as she moved to the cargo hold

Alright folks get ready to unload remember work with these people I'd rather not yall get killed

She said as she started her own way to find the man in charge, for adal had a plan

Thraxis brushed through the foliage of the Graveyard, the subtle glow of Mushrooms illuminating an unworn path as thickets of brush pushed back against his progression, slowing him down considerably.

The movement of sun finally flicking onto against the gentle foliage as the moon began to wear away its stay. The humming of speeder echoing across the landscape, hidden beneath the subtle silence of the Lugubraa growls in the distance as the Roar of the motor grew louder and louder. A trail of Hoverbarges trailing behind as they sat sitting on the ground, peeled enough distance from the ground to keep their violent tone at bay.

The Gammoreans started to gather up the boxes as Thraxis climbed up the Elevator, Gammoreans both setting up weaponry to keep their inevitable strike at bay. Thraxis paced forward towards Adal, a case of Credits in hand as a brow raised.

She gave a smile as she saw the man approaching, she held her arms put as she gave a grin* ahhhh you must must be be [member="Thraxis"]! Good good and I see you have...half my credits there I assume?

She was gonna aye ot off smooth, maybe make him think he left half, she didn't know how smart he was, judging by all the pigs around here he couldn't be to smart...so she thought

Thraxis cocked a brow, looking at the suitcase with slitted eyes, his step halted as his head dropped to his side, an almost inquisitorial glare radiating from beneath it as he sat himself down, a crack of the case as it flung open. He raised a finger, audibly counting as he took out the credits one by one.

"One Thousand.... Two Thousand.... Three Thousand..." he continued, reaching the previously agreed upon rate of Three Hundred and Fifty Thousand credits. He paused as he looked back up, packing them all back into the case with a hurry as he made his approach, a single click resounding as it hung half open. "Why, no infact it does look like there is the agreed apon amount right here, all Three Hundred and Fifty Thousand." he retorted, the audible shuffling of the Gammoreans all that exsisted with the expection of the laughing as they realized the game they had engaged in.

She rubbed her chin as if thinking, she slightly shook.her heaf as she moved closer and smirked

No no I think it was actually five hundred thousand, three hundred fifty thousand for cargo and 2 hundred thousand for transport

She said as she kept her hand at her side, she wanted to be ready just in case he tried somehting, then again she was being bold...she hoped this worked out

Thraxis brow raised, pulling his wrist to his mask as he let loose a sigh, "No, No I disagree. We agreed to Three Hundred and Fifty Thousand Credits." he responded, taking a series of quick steps towards her as he stared her down with his motion, a waving like effect taken with it as he leered down, standing a few feet away from her in a matter of minutes. "And I would be careful how you play your next cards. There are a lot of Gammoreans and one of me.' a somber expression taking over his words as he took another step, closing what little distance there was between the two.

"And if I need to prove it. My first piece of evidence would be Three Hundred and Fifty Thousand and Two Hundred Thousand doesn't equal Five Hundred Thousand." he said with a leer, the Gammoreans chuckling turning from a faint background noise to audibility as they took away the containers. He put the Suitcase in front of him, the single latch slowly starting to give into the weight. "Now then. Here is the agreed apon amount."

Had she messed up? Yes, she moved back as he got closer, but stopped quickly, she looked at him defiantly aa dher looked at the suitcase, she tool it as she opened it and gave a small nod

Well my math is a bit off at time so how about this, pay another hundred thousand and we are a ok

She said as she held the case in hand
