Description: The deliverance-class was designed as the superior firepower vessel and primarily capital ship for The Primeval and developed with heavy armament, squadron capabilities, and good speeds. The brain-child of many decades of development, the deliverance was already outpaced in many ways and not particularly advanced. Most notably in this case are the onboard computers which are susceptible to slicing and cyber warfare internally. Further more the starship sports a lighter arsenal for a classified heavy cruiser but still packs a deadly punch towards other cruisers, light warships, and can even contend with some larger ships.

In summary the Deliverance is a fearsome example of why The Primeval Fleet relies on simplicity over complexity, preferring superior numbers over superior quality.

Everything in this submission looks good for the size and class of the ship, I only have a single issue with it right now and it is because of your company tier being only 2. Due to that I need to either see the production lowered to minor or limited, though if you can produce a thread wherein you have the logistics of obtaining enough funds for such (i.e; a contract) then you can kill two birds with one stone and bump this up in production while also using it as a stepping stone to company tier promotion.

I almost missed your speed rating. It's a bit fast for a heavy cruiser, especially one with such an impressive armaments. Could you perhaps bump it up to ~11-12?

On the standarized loadout page it shows heavy cruisers bearing as much as 240 capital guns, which is why I gave it a bit more speed since it has 112 rather. Of course if you feel that it's still too much I'll bump it up.
