In response to the destruction of the Mandalorian Empire and the Mandalorian Union, Hilal had a desire to help her people not endure her people's constant purges. Seeing that they needed to bolster their defenses, she got to work in created a series of Droids from scratch. Using winnings from her victory at Zugga Challenge, Hilal began to get to work in building a Droid series that would bolster the defenses of the newly formed Mandalorian Enclave. After many tests and long nights of programming, Hilal created a brand new Droid series that is fiercely loyal to the Mandalorians. The DUM series Droid are tough and versatile willing to go all out to defend the Mandalorians at all costs.
