Decisions...Decisions

He walked over the grass that was upon the planet of Cerea. It was untouched as of yet from the wars that ravaged through what would be the East on a galactic holochart. But that didn't matter. What mattered were the curious shyarn-ado's that were upon the planet.

He didn't know much but he knew they were weapons, or it was something like a place that cereans sent their kids to learn how to fight. They were swords that the children used, it was curious. Cereans were taught how to fight from a young age. And so were Sith. At least those who were born into the Empire. Perhaps they had some things in common?

But he was no where near any sort of civilization upon the planet. He was in a clearing walking towards where he thought was a school. He was going to investigate there...And probably kill every single last one of the children. What a way to commit his first war crime.

Narcia had caught a shuttle to a planet called Cerea. It was an interesting planet with it's luscious grasses and odd native species. Narcia had been exploring random planets as of late. Just absorbing. Learning. As of right now she had no point in life. Nothing to look forward to. Nothing to do. She had visited many planets just to see what kinds of life there was. Not that she was in any way deeply connected to it with any affiliation, but it was interesting.

She had no idea how she had ended up on this planet. She was bored almost as soon as she got there. Of all the planets this one seemed...the most bland. It had a short, dry history with nothing that Narcia could pursure with any specific enthusiasm.

Walking through any planet, Narcia was always out of place with her black and read clothing and her two sabers, in which she had little training, hanging loosely on her belt. Not to mention the bionic arm wrapped in loose cloth that swung with a mechanical stiffness compared to her other one. She looked especially weird walking nearby what appeared to be one of their schools for the young children. She thought it was odd that these seemingly young children were learning to fight at such a young age. She stood and watched.

While he continued to walk through the plains he eventually noticed a figure up ahead watching a building in the distance. He felt a slight presence in the Force as he walked towards her, he was curious as to what she was. Would she be his first kill for the day? Maybe.

He stopped a few meters away from her at her side, cloaked in his black robes that seemed to absorb the light itself, just from how dark it was and with his mask hidden from view, the only thing visible were his yellow eyes corrupted from the dark side of the Force. He looked over at the girl on his left side and he prepared to strike at her. "Run, girl." Were the only words that escaped his form as an elegantly made, black hilt slid out of his sleeves and into his hands...

Narcia looked back to the voice that penetrated her thoughts. "Hmm. Who are you?" She didn't really feel like much difficulty today. She noticed the lightsaber go into his hands. "Now, now. We've only just met. You plan to kill me?" Her face remained in a neutral line the entire time, giving no emotion. The only indicator of her slight amusement was her voice. She looked at her new acquaintance. He fit the type of all the Sith she'd ever heard of. She spent so much time alone she had no idea what they were actually like. "Are you a...bad guy?" her voice enters a playful tone, with a slight grin playing at her lips.

Honestly, if she died today. She couldn't care less. She had little left to live for. She just wanted it to be quick so there wasn't much wasted time.

The figure didn't move except to lift up it's free hand to her and summon the Force to him. He wrapped the Force around her body and casted a force pull to bring her to his hand. If she did get pulled to him, her face would be held by his gauntleted hands.

"No. I am Sith." He said and he began to summon the Force to his body. He didn't know what he wanted to do with the girl. She had lightsabers, but she didn't fight back. She could be put to good use...Maybe.

Even with the sudden movement towards the towering figure, the woman's expression never changed. "Well, you sir are what they call the aggressive type. Not all women like it if you come right out like that." This tactic was only to see what the man would do without her giving in resistance. "Personally, I care not for the methods. What I want is results. Why are you here? And what do you plan to accomplish?"

His started started to squeeze around her face. The gauntlets were undoubtedly crushing her jawline without any actual effort involved. "What is your name, girl? Your purpose here? And do you serve the Republic?" With his last question he began to lift her off of the floor. He picked her up until she was level with his own eyes and he just stared into her own. He did nothing while he waited for her answers.

The questions were simple and there was nothing to lose. "My name is Narcia. My purpose. Well I haven't found one yet. The Republic? Disgusting." The answers had nothing deeper than what was on the surface. She started back at the man. Still passive. Not caring what happened. Sure, it hurt to be lifted and crushed by your jaw, but honestly it didn't matter. Her feelings, her thoughts were all under control. There wasn't a single care given.

Darth Naefas waited for a few more moments before he just threw her to the side. "Walk with me." The lightsaber diappeared up his sleeve and he turned around with his cloak billowing in the wind. He didn't wait to see fi she was following him. He didn't care. Whether she came or not, he would just kill her in the end...If she seemed useless.

"Where did you get those lightsabers?" The words came from the figure, though he never broke stride to look at her.

"I...inherited them. Long story." In truth she basically stumbled upon a dead body, presumably Sith of some form or another. Saw the lightsabers and took them. She followed the man as he had asked. "Now, you never answered me. What are your intentions? What is your name?" She strode easily beside him. She carefully observed the surroundings. Always aware of everything - keeping tabs at all times. She developed this sort of paranoia from her life of crime.

He continued to walk through the plains of the planet. He imagined it as a barren planet, destroyed and taken of all of it's life. "Have you ever thought of seeking out the Sith?" He said with a monotonous tone to his voice. He wasn't going to answer her question. He had no need to. "The Sith Empire?" He said in a condescending tone.

In truth, the young woman hadn't thought of much since she left home. Just live and learn. "No. I've not really sought anything," she says, "Right now my objective is to live. To learn," this was the most accurate response, as there wasn't much more to her life. Everything has been monotone. She glances at the man, he certainly is trying to maintain himself. Maybe not trying, but jsut doing his normal thing. She assumed all Sith just had their egos.

"Then I will teach you the ways of the Force." He didn't turn to look at her once. Instead he stopped and looked out over the plains with his hands clasped in front of him, hidden by the black sleeves of his robes. "What do you know of the Sith?" He doubted she knew much about the Sith. Though he would have to train her on Cerea if she did become his apprentice. Or on several planets. He couldn't let the Jedi know of the existence of the Sith.

She thought about her words, "I know they aren't as big as they used to be. But I wouldn't doubt there are those like you all over the galaxy." Her voice monotone again, she recites the Code of the Sith:
"Peace is a lie, there is only passion.
Through passion, I gain strength.
Through strength, I gain power.
Through power, I gain victory.
Through victory, my chains are broken.
The Force shall free me."
She pauses for a breath, then continues:

"Nwûl tash.
Dzwol shâsotkun.
Shâsotjontû châtsatul nu tyûk.
Tyûkjontû châtsatul nu midwan.
Midwanjontû châtsatul nu asha.
Ashajontû kotswinot itsu nuyak.
Wonoksh Qyâsik nun."
Her pronunciation is almost perfect. She finishes, then calmly looks to the man beside her. "That and all other basic things that anyone in their right mind should know of the Sith."

"Do not utter those words aloud again." He almost shook his head, but he refrained from doing so. "You have yet to learn the significance of the Sith Code." He was impressed that she knew the Sith Code in Sith'ese. He was impressed that she kenw what it was period. They would not be teaching the 'basic' things of the Sith in public places. It was most curious. And then the fact that she could speak the Code in his native language? Intriguing.

"Where did you learn to speak that language?"

"I...I have had a lot of time on my hands." she replies, her tone almost sad. Almost. "That, and I have had friends come and go, of many different backgrounds. Not to mention the numerous amount of the Sith such as yourself. It was never a focused thing. It happened over time. I know only very little." She had hit a nerve, that much was obvious. Whether that nerve she had struck would go in her favor. Well, time would tell.

"Why are you here?"

@[member="Darth Naefas"]

He was never going to answer her question. What was it...The third time she asked that same question? "What do you understand of the Sith Code?" He fingered his lightsaber within his sleeve. He was tempted to cleave her in half, and then destroy the school that they were walking away from. There was nobody on the planet who would actually be able to combat him anyway.

"With passion there is conflict. Through conflict one grows, one betters oneself. This betterness, or strength keeps us alive. The strength gains us power. In turn, with power, we are free to live as we please." she says, voice still monotone, as if she talks about this everyday. Her memory precise. "At least. That's what I've heard and come to think of it. Honestly, it's one of the better lines of thought that anyone's ever come up with. Realistically."

He stopped and for the first time actually looked her over. She was right in some aspects, in his opinion, but she still had much to learn. "You have much learning to do." He said, his voice seemingly just floating on the slight breeze. "Apprentice." He said as if he were finishing the previous statement and he turned and continued to walk on away from her.

He figured she would continue to follow him, or else why would she go this far and then turn back? Turn back and do what? It seems Darth Naefas will not be finding out.

Narcia calmly picked up the pace again. "Well master. Where does this learning begin?" she looked at sideways at him, trying to discern more about him than the hood would allow. The woman was always curious about everything she could figure out. This guy was almost an annoyance, in that she hadn't learned anything about him. He knew about her, she didn't even have a name.

What a curious day.
