December Invasion/Rebellion Moratorium

As per usual the site will be taking a bit of a break from invasions and rebellions over the Xmas break so that people can take time off and spend time with family.

As such no invasion or rebellion declarations will be allowed after December 1st. Declarations will be allowed from the 26th of December, for a start time of January 2nd.

Invasions/Rebellions announced before December 1st will proceed as normal.
