Debt Collection.

Roon.

There were very few, outside of the Union, who could effortlessly navigate to the far-flung world. Even fewer who could do so without arousing the suspicion and aggression of its ruling nation. Fortunately enough, the "redeemed" CEO of Arakyd Industries fit the bill. You see, whilst galavanting about under the alias "Dagora-Kel", he actually did something rather productive. He saw his company installed as a member of the Techno Union's executive council. What's more, recent history had him and the so-called "Techno Emperor" rub elbows, planning a little trip to the nation's capital system. Oh, and Isley had seen fit to bring some friends along for the ride.

Now, according to the efforts undertaken by [member="Darth Vulkan"], their metaphorical white whale resided within the Roon System. It was easily one of the most powerful vessels in the Galaxy...and it had undergone a rather terrifying "overhaul" at the hands of the Union. They called it the Jupitus, yet Isley knew it as the Serenity.

Having been burned by the nation spectacularly, the Mandalorian allowed himself this much compensation. They took from him everything, and so he would take from them something quite large. And quite valuable. Thus did the operation begin, consisting of a cadre of cloaked Espadas flanking a simple shuttle. Who aboard the Jupitus would question the arrival of an Executive Council member, especially when it was his corporation whose engineers had built the damn thing? Who aboard the Jupitus would say no to allowing his vessel, and by extension its stealth escort, to land within the hangar?

Not a damn soul, that's who.

The plan was simple enough. Disembark. Take over. Call in bigger fish for support or an escort if necessary. And thus did the Mandalorian initiate the first step of the operation. He descended from his shuttle, garbed in beskar'gam, and uttered a single word over his comm.

"Oya."

The cloaks were dropped. The help disembarked. And suddenly the hangar was a war zone.

He was getting too old for these things. Samael could feel it in his bones as the signal was given, as the Espada’s disengaged their cloaks and hellfire roared through the bays, as the gurgle of dying men and the soft, declining whir of the droids dropping down to the ground sounded. Half a minute and then suddenly the bay was filled with silence.

Heavy silence interrupted in random intervals by screeching metal dying down and the pain-ridden cries for help from the men, but they had reprieve for now.

The Espada’s platform disengaged and let the old Rekali through. Beskar’gam in the old style, Neo-Crusaders, the very first piece he had received back in the days. Junction and Mandalore burning, so many screams.

They called it the good old days. Rekali called it his old, familiar nightmares.

Vod.” Sam calmly addressed, before looking past Verd and letting his Thunderclap roar. Techno Union droid trying to get at them with a blaster.

Target down.

Let’s get going.”

Following a rather explosive entrance, the hangar was theirs...for the moment.

Frankly, the Team only had a few precious seconds, maybe a minute at best, before reinforcements engaged them. Isley took a moment to get a head count of how many had been lost in the initial skirmish before a shriek erupted beside him. T'was a literal thunderclap, hurled from a blaster into a droid that just refused to go down. Snap. Hiss. The Mandalorian's lightsaber sang into being, casting a golden glow upon his beskar'gam. [member="Samael Rekali"] was right, they needed to move. They needed to get to the Bridge.

The easiest way to do so was up the turbolifts. However. Anyone with a brain cell would shut those down the second intruders became a reality. Fortunately enough, the strike team was ready for this sort of thing. It was elementary to use grappling hooks to get up, up, and away. "We take the next corridor, into the lifts. Grapple up." he said, keeping his words brief and to the point. There was a resounding response in the positive from the mustered force: a blend of Verd, Rekali, Vereen, and even Mereel Warriors. Each selected for their skill. Each ready to take the vessel.

With a nod to Samael, Isley advanced...and began to bat away the hail of blaster fire that greeted them. The reinforcements were quick, but even that wouldn't deter the inevitable. Telekinetics were employed: a monumental push screamed from Isley and crashed into their front line. Droids were flinged. Organics were hurled. Easy as shooting fish in a barrel.

Draco had been the Foreman, the Commander-in-Chief, and the Archon of the Obsidian Order, and was still a representative on the Executive Council, albeit a very quiet member of the Council. During his tenure as Foreman he had declared war against the Hutt Cartel, seen to the successful negotiations with the King of Ascension, and sacked Chazwa along side the One Sith to great effect. In truth, he felt like he was the only person that had done anything within the leadership of the union in almost six months. Proper codes were easy, especially for two sitting members of the Executive Council.

The hangar was a different story. What could a crew, of a vessel currently at port no less, do really against a pair of master mentalists. Now, by far Isley took the cake in experience with mind affecting powers, but Draco was no slouch, now aided by the "Help" being a number of heavily armed Mandalorian warriors from a number of clans. "Oya, vod." The cry was taken up by the men and women assisting the former Sith Lord and the current Sith Lord in capturing the vessel. There would be others, Draco had seen to it that a strike group was assembled and waiting out system if back up was required, but for now the escort and guard were on their own. If there was one thing Draco regretted it was the sudden betraying of a close friend, but, Tmoxin would come around and see reason, even if she was Acting Foreman and the Mandalorians were stealing her prize.

Blasterfire ripped through the hangar, as did slugs, ion blasts, and grenades of all types as Aliit'verde tore into the unsuspecting Techno Union troops inside, who began to return fire and seek cover as quickly as they could given the nature of the attack. Draco was mostly here for support, so it was up to his compatriots to lead the way to the bridge and engineering control center. Once those two places were secured, it would only be a matter of time.

Only problem he foresaw was the Union getting wise on their attempt and start crashing down the turbolifts on top of them. So they would have to be careful for that - probably try to stay closer to the walls and hope there was some kind of emergency space for the engineers between the wall and the lifts, that way they could at least prevent from being squashed like bugs.

Let’s go.” metallic voice. It sounded strange to Sam, he hadn’t heard that tone in a long, long time anymore and he wasn’t sure if he liked it.

But the Rekali clansmen took the cue and started after them. Plan was simple: Verd handled the bridge, he and his handled the engineering level.

The doors to the turbolifts were magnetically sealed… as expected, but that’s where they came in. Verd and Vereen were the combat powerhouses. They were the engineering experts and every army needed their sappers. One of the Rekalis pushed forward with a corusca gem cutter in tow - that thing cut through gorram everything.

Keep ‘em off of us.” Sam shouted to Verd as Union forces laid down fire on them. No matter how strong the cutter was, it would take time to get through the reinforced steel.

According to the plan, there would be a divide.

A group would head to engineering. Another for the Bridge. Isley immediately focused upon the latter of the two objectives and pressed forward within the corridor. With each and every step, he began to weave a song. His blade twirled and danced: a dazzling display which rent through droid and organic alike. The tempo of battle was upon him, and revenge fueled his movements. Yet, there was a line. A hard line that he would not cross, even in the name of striking back against the nation that had taken from him everything. Isley had made a solemn vow. He redeemed himself upon it. The Darkness would not have him this day.

As the fight for the corridor raged on, one of the strike team hurled a flash bang into the mix. Another chucked an ion grenade. While the first did nothing in the way of the inorganics, the second sure as kark did. Both soldiers and droids were left crippled in response to the explosions. And as for the buy'ce wearing Mandos? They saw shade.

"Got your back!" Isley roared back to his comrade.

Samael had his breathing room. Now it was time for Draco and Isley to move some of their bigger fish.

"Draco, bring your ships in. I want clean up crews to be able to jump aboard as soon as we take the Bridge." he said, before addressing his own force over the comm. The Sentinel, the Shroud of Kash, and the Ferocity took the order and began to move in. It would take time for them to arrive, but if all went well they would have the Bridge secured by then.

[member="Darth Vulkan"] | [member="Samael Rekali"]

The Mandalorian nodded, still focused on capturing the bridge alongside his compatriots. Once the bridge was taken the ship could be quickly moved, and most importantly its point defense weapons could be disabled for a short time. Draco ducked a blaster bolt, and clicked a button on his belt. A Hyperspace beacon could be tracked from almost anywhere there was HoloNet, and was relatively small, about the size of a grenade. The other added benefit to the device was it would tell the ships out system almost exactly where the Jupitus was, allowing them to jump right on top of it. As soon as he gave the command, there would be quite a few ships outside hammering the vessel with boarding torpedos and boarding pods. There was no kill quite like overkill.

Draco kept his rifle steady, letting his arm take the relatively light recoil as it sent charric blasts and .50 cal slugs at droids and Union troopers alike, using the light shield in his gauntlet to deflect blaster fire to conserve Force Energy as the warrior slowly but surely pulled upon the infinite web of the Force, letting the river of power flow into his mind. There wasn't enough fear aboard the vessel, not enough to draw it into himself and give him any significant boost, and even if he aided the sense of dread throughout the ship, there weren't thousands upon thousands of sentient beings aboard, one of the unforeseen benefits of having a primarily droid crew. One of the detriments was the weaknesses to EMP grenades and Ion Blasts, two things the Mandalorians were packing in large quantities just for this very reason.

"They are coming. They are gonna drop in at knife range to nail the ship with oh, call it sixty four boarding torpedoes and then pull around to escort us out." Draco knew where he wanted to take the Jupitus, not that he would get his way at the end of the day.

Clan Vereen warriors excelled at providing shield walls, with sixteen taking up the front rank in an arc, sixteen behind them, Dinu'ul energy shields locked, barrels out. Sixteen more used Viper-2 Grenade Launchers and ACS-301 YVH Probes to provide the wall fire support, lots and lots of fire support.

[member="Isley Verd"] | [member="Samael Rekali"]

There was a reason Mandalorians were regarded as walking armories.

With but a touch of his utility belt, Draco activated a hyperspace beacon. It alerted the vessels tasked with bringing in the Serenity of its whereabouts. This was excellent, as it would allow them to drop in within metaphorical inches of its location. Within the minute of the beacon going live, Isley received audio confirmation over the comm. His cadre of vessels was reading the signal, loud and clear, and would be responding immediately. "Make sure that the Shroud drops in further back than the rest." he said, growling over the dwindling din of enemy resistance.

He had a plan, after all. 3-and-a-half-kilometers of stealth would be wasted if it showed up in the open. The Shroud would creep in and be that extra support, just in case anything went awry. As for the boarding torpedoes Draco mentioned, well, there were repair stations for a reason. In the meantime, it was a matter of taking a moment to stand in awe of the Vereen Shield Wall...before continuing to hack into the enemy force.

"How's that door coming?"

The sheer metric fethton of firepower provided by the Vereen and Verd Clan Members were enough to draw off most of the fire. Droids reestablishing their priority targets towards the sentients and enemy synthetics currently busy shredding them, more scrap metal falling to the ground every little second that ticked off.

Sam provided his own gunfire in the form of the arc rifle metaphorically blasting out its ion wave - EMP effect with a wide cone that blasted through synthetical targets and shredded them hard.

Ain’t such a thing like overkill.

Thirty seconds.” the combat engineer shouted over the sound of the laser cutter. How the hell he knew it would take thirty seconds exactly was beyond Sam.

But he would take it, gorram it. His trigger finger was starting to ache, falling asleep, even.

Thirty.

At this point, the Shield Wall had taken up a rather commanding position within the corridor. Given the audible estimate, Isley personally decided to fall back from his frontline assault. The Force seeped into his bones and gave him strength, thereby permitting aging bones to vault clear over the Vereen position. Once behind the wall, he gripped his Verpine sidearm and began to pepper the enemy from behind cover.

Fifteen.

The resistance within the Corridor was dwindling, and this was excellent. By now, the force that had been sent as reinforcements was a pile of scrap metal and corpses. The additional troops that came in behind them were quickly introduced to a literal wall of fire. A myriad of weapons simply lit up whoever or whatever was daft enough to round that corner.

Zero.

At long last, the doors were open. The first to be able to file in would be the Rekali, followed by the Verd/Mereel. The Shield Wall would provide cover whilst the teams got their directions situated. Once Isley was inside the lift, he wasted no time in addressing the ceiling. A telekinetic shove sent the emergency access panel flying, thereby creating his path to the Bridge. As for the Rekali Team, they would be cutting a hole in the floor and heading down to Engineering. Breaking up is hard to do.

"[member="Marius"], you're with me. Let's grapple up. Samael, good luck to you vod. Draco! Follow me up!"

The Mandalorian barked his orders and fired his grappling hook. It found purchase and up he zipped.

[member="Samael Rekali"], [member="Darth Vulkan"], [member="Marius"]

"Jump Packs and grappling hooks. Up and around, hit them from three or four access points." Draco's orders buzzed through the comlink as the Mandalorians moved through Turbolift shafts towards their goals. Sealed blast doors and security measures securing the bridge level were already in place, as they should be. Door-Breaching Charges, everybody had one on their back pack, would be needed, unless everyone carried a lightsaber. Isley had one, sure, but Draco didn't bother to keep one around. He always left it at home since he had Ostrine-Phrik axes that were much more useful in his mind. And he also had the beskar power mace that made a mockery of beskar'gam.

Quickly the soldiers and hovering droid probes moved upwards towards the bridge, rushing as fast as they could. The back of Draco's mind tingled. Here comes the rain.

Outside the ship a set of four Hra'nadettr-class Strike Cruisers made system, using precision navicomputers, advanced hyperdrives, and HIMS to drop in as close as possible. Within seconds torpedoes were filling the gaps between the small fleet of Mandalorian ships and the Jupitus. More were coming, as each of the sixty four torpedoes wouldn't be stopped by hull, or shields and each one carried eight beskar clad Mandalorian warriors geared for Droid Sweeping.

Marius had been handpicked by Isley Verd, following his demonstration of combat prowess in the campaign on Wayland. Now, this operation was something that the Mandalorian had not done before. Taking over a ship, heavily outnumbered and possibly outgunned.

But definitely not outskilled.

The Mandalorians wrecked havoc and methodically proceeded towards their objectives. Marius had found it hard to utilize his close-quarter combat skills in the tight corridors where too much firepower was being unleashed by both sides. Thus, his beskad stood sheathed on his back while he utilized a generic blaster rifle and the advantages his Eukgar'gam gave him. Being a technophobe, as his culture, Marius was not very pleased of using blasters for a long time.

The Mandalorian warriors were compromised mainly of Vereen, Verd, and Rekali clansmen with prominent warriors such as the Dragon of Mandalore and Samael Rekali partcipating in this operation. He had only heard about them from his fellow Mandalorian's chatter, but never seen them in combat. Now he had to be shoulder to shoulder with them.
A few were of Marius' clan - Mereel. He had been introduced to the clan a while ago and after Aliit'buir Ijaat Akun's retirement, the capable warrior had taken a role as a 'warden'. After the campaign on Wayland, Marius had proudly painted the symbol of Mereel on the right side of his chestplate.

Finally, the cursed doors opened and the warriors rapidly entered it. Isley did not waste time on sending the emergency ceiling of the lift flying into nowhere with the Force. While clan Rekali had objectives towards the engineering section of this massive ship, Verd and Mereel clansmen had to go up.

Isley Verd said:
"Marius, you're with me. Let's grapple up. Samael, good luck to you vod. Draco! Follow me up!"

Isley's voice boomed ordering the Teresman to follow him up. Marius nodded and with a bit of forcing his brain to remember, he was able to fire his grappling hook. Damn technology.

The hook caught home and Marius pulled it a bit to make sure it was secure enough. Afterwards, he propelled himself up. Amongst him were other Mandalorians and Isley slightly above the rest, leading the way.

[member="Isley Verd"] [member="Samael Rekali"] [member="Darth Vulkan"]

Father, we have arrived.

Real space shuddered as an impressive number of capital ships manifested. The Hyperspace Beacon had done the job of guiding Draco's assets to the Serenity...in addition to Isley's. Appearing alongside the Vereen force was the Sentinel. However, the Ferocity and the Shroud dropped in further back and cloaked up. Suddenly, the vessel shuddered ever so slightly as Draco's armada unleashed their boarding torpedoes. Each was uniquely equipped with the ability to laugh at shields, cut through hulls, and drop a squad of warriors wherever the need be.

And frankly, that was all over the place. With these men in place, the droid clean up would scarcely be an issue.

That allowed the Mandalorian to focus solely upon taking the bridge. He led the way up the shaft and viciously slashed at the lift doors barring his way. Another telekinetic shove sent the pieces skidding into the hall, pinning down the droids unlucky enough to be standing in the way. Before them laid the Bridge, blocked by a security wall of Turadium. It wouldn't be too much longer now.

"Breach charges!"

[member="Darth Vulkan"] | [member="Samael Rekali"] | [member="Marius"]

The Mandalorian warriors stormed the corridor after Isley had opened lift doors using the Force, obliterating in the process droids that were awaiting behind the door. Marius immediately found cover in the corridor and began unleashing hell upon the enemy forces which by what his echograph was showing him were guarding possibly the last obstacle before their main target - the bridge of the ship.

The firefight continued and the enemy forces seemed to be keeping an equal ground with the Mandalorian forces. Abruptly, the ship shook. Marius realized it was not his imagination and that judging by the information on the communication channels were torpedoes fired by Mandalorian reinforcements which would deploy more Mandalorian warriors in the fray.

The Teresman furiously fired his blaster rifle until he could not take it anymore. He was sick of this 'advanced weaponry' in his hands. With a hint of anger he smashed the rifle on the ground and swiftly unsheathed his beskad from his back. Marius waved his beskad towards his comrades signaling that he was going to charge and they should focus on their targeting systems well so he would not receive fatal fire from behind.

Teres' Fury, or as he go to know its real name - the Force, surged through him enchancing his combat skills. Jumping through his cover, the Mandalorian charged unbelievably fast towards the enemy forces. The Force flowing through him, he was able to evade a few shots while others scorched the surface of his Eukgar'gam. Before any lethal fire could slay him or render him useless, Marius was already close enough to begin eliminating the opposition.

Swiftly, the Teresman delivered quick slashes, enchanced greater physical strength due to the Force and the beskad's metal - beskar, he was able to cut the droids into half. Others received fatal thrusts into their heads. His skills with the blade were excellent as the Teresman elimitated the foes one by one.

"Push on!" He was able to yell through the comlink in his helmet, signalling his comrades to step up and advance their positions to where their last obstacle lied.

Soon it would all be over.

[member="Samael Rekali"] [member="Darth Vulkan"] [member="Isley Verd"]

It was payback time for what the economical and technological powerhouse of the Techno Union did to his close cousin. Thanks to their temptation, they made Isley a dishonorable and demoralizing Mandalorian that had insults and shenanigans thrown at Isley and, sometimes, the members of House Verd. Isley did everything to help them become a powerhouse in the Galaxy, but when the Redeemded Mandalorian asked for something in return only knives stabbed at his back and those knives laughed and mocked the Witch King. But if there was something true about this Galaxy is that there was a natural law instilled when the universe became the universe, and one of the laws was to pay up their debts or bad karma would follow you.

Unfortunately, for the declined Techno Union, they would cough up every penny that they owed and that sum would result a mighty vessel.

Clearing the front lines for his vode with the barrage of his Ret'ini the heavy Initiate slaughtered organic and artificial hostiles and received barely any damage thanks to his his armor that had personal shields integrated in it and the help of his fellow Comrades. After storming through the corridors they were outside of the bridge, waiting for the charges to breach the blast doors that prevented them to advance.

[member="Isley Verd"] [member="Darth Vulkan"] [member="Samael Rekali"]

As the firefight for the Bridge commenced, the Mandalorian felt something.

It was the presence of the Force, yes. But it had a raw...almost primal edge. This ferocious might fell heavily upon the shoulders of Marius, who then drew his beskad and charged. His comrades, nay, his brothers then covered his advance: making sure that he could cross the gap without falling to the attacks of man or droid. Once there, he unleashed havoc upon his foes, ripping and tearing them asunder with his blade. From behind his visor, Isley grinned.

As Marius continued to battle close, the amassed force carried on the firefight. There were losses on both ends, but the strike team would not be denied. They continued to push onward until there was room for the breachers to breathe. At once, a trio of vod rushed ahead, moving past Marius until they arrived at the wall. They readied their charges, gave an audible count down, and retreated back to where their beskad-wielding comrade stood.

BOOM!

Three detonations rattled the corridor, and at last the way to the Bridge was open. All about, Isley could see the fear plastered upon the minority, organic faces. He could feel it seeping into the Force. "Move, move, move!" he commanded. The strike team advanced, breaching what remained of the wall before fanning out into the bridge. However, the fight was far from over.

Snap. Hiss.

Snap. Hiss.

There were Obsidians waiting in the Bridge. A pair. Each of whom screamed Mastery in the Force. From the first came a surge of force lightning which screamed into the chest of a vod. From the other came telekinetics: glasteel borrowed from a console in order to impale three others. The real fight was just getting started.

[member="Darth Vulkan"] | [member="Samael Rekali"] | [member="Marius"] | [member="Iegoris Verd"]

There goes the Boom.

Which was, obviously, the signal that the blast doors were breached and reduced to fragments and debris of the alloys that was once the blast doors. Moving as fast as he could with the weight of his armor and weaponry, the bulky Conscript moved up to be one of the point leaders of the raiding group of Mandalorians. Letting it rip, he unleashed a fury of hot plasma bolts to every Techno Union hostile that challenged their authorities. Taking care of the right flank in the bridge with the help of some Mandalorian Warriors that followed his lead. While curb stomping the organic and synthetic soldiers there was something that everyone within the bridge could hear.

The activation of two lightsabers, one wielded by an individual Obsidian Master.

This captured the focus and attention of the Mandalorian Initiate and aimed his blaster and barraged them with high speed, energy projectiles. Fortunately, for the two Obsidians, they used the mystical powers of the Force and created an invisible barrier between them and the lethal blaster bolts that could penetrate light armored vehicles. It only took one second to fall from the lethal weapon that was in Iegoris' possession. Despite the fact that they created a Force Barrier the Verd made sure he would make them focus on him so, perhaps, Isley or someone else could slay them.

[member="Isley Verd"] [member="Darth Vulkan"] [member="Samael Rekali"]

Few of his comrades stepped up bravely to set up the breach charges for the wall. Marius continued delivering deadly blows to the enemy forces, being in combat strengthening his connection with the Force. His beskad pierced, hacked and slashed through the enemy lines. By the time, the Mandalorians had finished with the opposing forces and were about to advance through the bridge. Marius relaxed, his connection to the Force weakening as he believed the battle would be now over. The Mandalorian felt a couple of wounds that had hit numerous times places of his armor and made dent in. It seemed the Force, Teres' Fury, engulfed him such that during combat that it numbed lesser pain.

Dropping his guard was the worst mistake, Marius had made.

Entering the bridge, the Teresman everything had to be over. Usually he would not think so but for some reason this time the Teresman had dropped his guard and a projective of glasteel pierced his left shoulder. Marius grinded his teeth as he backed a few steps and noticing two dangerously looking figures with lightsabers who apparently had fired these projectiles utilizing the Force. He knew that he had to keep the glasteel within his shoulder while his grip on his beskad would remain one-handed for the rest of the encounter.

A Mandalorian with a heavy blaster rifle began a barrage of blaster fire upon the two lightsaber wielding individuals but they utilized the Force to protect themselves. Yet, the Mandalorian's rapid fire seemed to look as a good distraction.

Sweating within, Marius went into a battle stance facing the pair of enemies. He must not die today. His determination to live and stand his ground seemed to motivate the few Mereel clansmen that were here as they took a few steps to stand beside him, nodding at him.

Mereel will not falter.

The Mandalorians will prevail.

Blood on his visor. He tried to clean it off, beskar gauntlet wiping at it. Didn’t work though. All it did was smear it further across the surface and making a mess out of things. Sam sighed, before going back to work.

It had been a tough fight, they fought deck by deck for control over the engineering levels.

“Hawk, I got Monk on the other side for ya.” one of the engineers called out while working his magic on the systems.

Sam tapped his intercom and got in contact with Isley.

“Yeah, we got control for now. We are busy sealing off access to the critical areas, locking the resistance in the various bays.” he tried to scratch his beard, but realized the helmet was still bloody on.

“Considering we ain’t being vented, I am assuming the bridge is secured?”

There was a reason that Order 66 succeeded.

Upon realizing what they faced, the Mandalorian took stock of the forces he had remaining. They were still several strong, but each encounter saw their number dwindle. It had been a bloody brawl getting to where they stood...it would not do to falter at the finish line. As such, Isley barked an order that his kinsman was already enacting. Every Mandalorian on the Bridge placed their blasters upon the Obsidians, each and every one of them unleashing hell upon them. Force breaker grenades were hurled. Slugs, bolts, and sonic blasts ripped through the air. By Isley's command were the Obsidians saturated under the Mandalorian assault.

Then, he pitched in. Drawing a breath, he called and quieted his perception of the battle. The chaos around him silenced, and in its place came focus. The Force fell mightily upon him and thus did both of his hands rise. Telekinesis, again, was his weapon of choice...yet this time he did not Push. Instead, he Pulled as hard as the Force would allow. He caught the Obsidians, who had suddenly been placed on the defensive, off-guard by sending them careening into one another. The impact was not enough to end them, nor was it enough to maim them. But what it did cause was a gap in their defense: a static hole for the hail of blaster fire to exploit.

Needless to say, the Bridge was theirs.

"Samael. Bridge is secured. Draco, escort is out." he began, before pointing at three of his subordinates. "You know what to do."

With the vital systems under Samael's watch and the Bridge secured, there was nothing stopping the strike team's input of a new destination. A certain asteroid field that had recently been claimed by the United Clans. There it would see repairs...and a new coat of paint.

Dive in 3...2...1...
