Deathstick Dealer?!

So, I had an idea for a deathstick dealer/slythmonger character. He'd mainly lurk around in cantinas and attempt to sell deathsticks. Sorta like Elan Sel'Sabagno.

So, has this been done before and what do you think of such a character?
