Time - midday

The sun was high above the palace, people within the city moved about there normal day. A shuttle through through the sky enroute to sundari palace, for today was to be quite different within the palace. On board was stardust and [member="Deadeye"] who would be stripped of his weapons for the time being. Descending onto the landing area stardust glared to dead eye as she opened the door

let move, pray the council is in a good mood today

She would say and exit the ship then turned ans wait for him flanked by two other mandos who would watch dead eye carefully until he would leave

The walk would be rather long, up the steps they would go till they entered the palace. The two mandalorians behind him while stardust walked in the front of him opening the doors and entering into the hall. They'd arrive at the council as she stopped and waited.

It was midday and Adenn was in Sundari Palace. He had been called there by Stardust to be a witness in the trial for Deadeye. Adenn had arrived early in Sundari Palace, he wanted to see the whole trial, from start to finish. Deadeye had been promised a fate worse than death, and Adenn wanted to see that fate. When Adenn had arrived, he had immediately gone to the hall and waited there. He stood off to the side, partially concealed in the shadows. If one looked hard enough, they possibly could recognize him; but for now, he would simply watch and wait. He would go up if called, otherwise he would try not to intervene.

[Mig Gred]

Mig and Talyn slowly walked into the Sundari Palace, with the Varactyl Kad in tow. The Alor just looked back at the creature and shook his head.

"Talyn, shi tion'jor (just why)?"

"Well, Kad was there, so maybe they could use him." Mig already knew there was no sense in convincing her otherwise. He still remembered a few arguments he had had with the older beast keeper. Either way they soon walked into the Counsel hall. Kad laid down and curled up a bit in the back, and Talyn stayed close. Mig on the other hand noticed Adenn and decided to walk up to him.

"Su cuy'gar."

As Adenn stood there in his little corner, the door opened. And in walked non other than Mig, Talyn and the varactyl. Then Mig walked over to Adenn, so he responded.
"Su cuy'gar Mig." He reached his hand out for a warriors greeting. Then with a slight chuckled said, "Is the varactyl going to give a testimony?"

Deadeye spotted Adenn in the group, "Is the varactyl going to give a testimony?"

Deadeye audibly left, "A botched trial deary, Isn't it?" Deadeye looked at [member="Stardust Australis Skirae"] He winked at her and looked back forwards.

The doors on the other end of the palace from where they entered opened and a rather tall Anubian clad in a rather intimidating black and red colored Beskar'gam entered the room his Hammer he held in his hand hammer part pointed up as he walked over to his council seat, He was summoned to handle the trial of a Mandalorian who was accused of multiple crimes and while he never fully met this particular Mandalorian he began this trial and informed Manda'lor and the rest of the council of what was happening and if they wished to join they are welcome to. He looked at the beast that [member="Mig Gred"] brought in, While some might frown upon bringing there pets into the palace he was willing to let it slide for now, His cyan eyes glowed even from the eye pieces of his helmet as he set down his hammer next to the seat with a loud echoing thud as he opened up his helmet to reveal his pitch black face before he spoke in a deep tone.

You stand accused of several crimes including attacking your own fellow Mandalorians....I will hear the testimony from all involved before judgement is passed. I will first hear [member="Adenn Kyramud"]'s Testimony as he was the first to the scene...

It was strict and authoritative and while his tone was cold he made sure the tone radiated that he was aggitated by these events and those like [member="Mig Gred"] and [member="Stardust Australis Skirae"] could feel this Stardust would be most likely to recognize the agitated nature then Mig.

[Adenn Kyramud]

When the Mandalorian council member finally arrived, Adenn stepped away from Mig. He had a feeling he would be called forward first, after all, he had witnessed most of what Deadeye had done so far. Speaking of which, he turned his head towards him and gave a glare under his helmet. But before he could do anything else, the council member spoke. Then Adenn was called forward, so he went forward. He went to the middle of the chamber, and in front of the council seats. There he gave a quick salute, chest clenched and slammed against his chest piece, with that resounding clang, Adenn bowed his head forward before straightening and speaking.

"First of all, I wish to say thank you for coming and hearing this. So, let me start from the beginning. This hut'uun here has committed several crimes against not only fellow vod, but against an allied faction. That faction is the Fel Empire. There, he started a coup and attempted to assassinate the Premier, murdered citizens of the Fel Empire. He also captured and tortured soldiers of the Fel Imperium, stole property of the Fel Imperium, and destroyed several buildings on the capital of Osseriton." Adenn stopped and took a breath, it was a lot to say, "That's only what he has done against one of our allies. The following that he has done, not only shows him as a hut'uun, but as an aruetii. On the world of Hapes, he hid fugitives of the Fel Empire there, smuggled aruetii onto the planet. On to other things, he started the firefight on Hapes against myself and my clan, injured several of my clan members(Clan Mortui), not only on Hapes, but above Osseriton as well and killed many more, or had them killed."

Adenn stopped for a moment, took another deep breath. Then he sighed, looked around at the others present before beginning again.
"That's what he's done so far. Again, not only against the Mandalorian Empire, but an ally of ours, the Fel Empire. Deadeye there is a hut'uun and an aruetii. I hope that answers some questions, though I know it probably raises many more."
With all that said, Adenn turned his head slightly to look at the others behind him. After glancing at them, he turned his attention back to the council member.

Deadeye smiled and let out a light chuckle before clearing his throught, "You forgot about my conspiracy to kill the emperor my friend. Or my ussage of civilians of shields when all hell broke loose."

Deadeye looked back at the increasingly agitated [member="Stardust Australis Skirae"] and smirked. For he had a hidden compartment in his boot with a retractable blade, he was only waiting for his chance. His men were waiting nearbye to try to break him out.

Contrary she was not agitated, in fact she some glared and growled as she stepped back a few feet watching as adenn went forward ans spoke, she nodded and spoke up herself after he had finished, but stopped glancing to dead eye as he spoke and let a breath out stepping back further as she placed one hand on a westar the other on her saber as she had to stop herself from pulling either one out and swiftly judging him herself

what adenn is saying is true, he has killed fellow mandalorians and has declared allegiance to a known terrorist....skorvek the judgement is yours but I think this scum is worthy of one title and one title only....dar'manda

When Deadeye spoke up, Adenn had to force himself to calm himself. He centered himself, but placed a hand on his westar, and another to his lightsaber. Then he turned around slowly and menacingly.
"We are not friends aruetii. You are a traitor, a coward and deserve death." Looking to Star and then back to Deadeye. "Dar'manda is fine and all, but I think after all he's done he deserves a step up. He is in my eyes, dar'ali. No longer of the Mandalorians. You have done more harm than good to anyone here. I'd consider anyone here my friend, except you." He walked took a step towards Deadeye, but then stopped. He was out of reach of Deadeye, but was ready for anything. Adenn had a snear under his helmet, but he wouldn't do anything until approved.

Dar'ali- No longer a Mandalorian, cannot become a Mandalorian again. if seen by a Mando'a, they can and should kill the person who is declared dar'ali. (Broad generalization, from what I remember)

Mig listened to Adenn's statement, noticing that [member="Skorvek"] seemed agitated. He could understand why too. [member="Deadeye"] was a demagolka (war criminal, real monster, someone who commits atrocties) in his eyes. He then heard the man call out even more of what he had done. Anyone with a connection to the Force could now feel that there was a bit of anger from Mig. Talyn noticed what Adenn had said, with Kad letting out and angry hoot. After hearing [member="Stardust Australis Skirae"], Mig stepped up.

"I can confirm as well, Skorvek. He fired at Talyn, one of my Clanmates, and her Varactyl back there, Kad. And I heard him declare allegiance to a terrorist, as Stardust already said. After what Adenn has said, and Deadeye himself, I think demagolka would be an even better name for this... man."

 

[Skorvek]

Skorvek hearing this he stood up and walked over to [member="Deadeye"] his armor clanging on the ground as he walked before he was right up to him to tower over him as he looked down at him as he listened to [member="Adenn Kyramud"] and [member="Stardust Australis Skirae"]'s recommendation. If this was any normal case then he may entertain Stardusts recommendation of Dar'manda however with the witness report stacked against him and the attitude that [member="Deadeye"] and his confession to the crime and doing worse then that he spoke while still standing before him.

I agree with Adenn's suggestion by declaring you dar'ali, this means that you are no longer a Mandalorian nor ever be a Mandalorian again, Any Mandalorian who sees you is to shoot you on sight without question. Consider that my judgement on this poor waste of lifes creativity. Take this ...thing away and dump him on some desolate world somewhere outside of our space.

His words where firm even though they where harsh but he was being civil in comparison to what he could say to this excuse of a Mandalorian as he stayed where he was when he made his decree

[Deadeye]

Deadeye placed his hands together in an almost pleading way, " Vor entye bid much. Ni cuy' forever grateful par," Deadeye felt a small vibration in his leg armor, the hidden buzzer told him it was time. He stopped and laughed. "I'm grateful for... You being such a god damn di'kut. Bow to me son of a bi1ch!"

Deadeye flicked his ankle and blade popped out of the tip of his boot. The blade extended and deadeye kicked upwards, stabbing it into [member="Skorvek"] 's leg. Deadeye jumped upwards and swung at his face. Blast bolts erupted in the room as the wolfpack kicked down the door to the room.

"Maria! Pack!"

Maria, dressed in all white armor, swung a jetpack she was holding upwards, Eric sprinted and grabbed it. He got low and strapped it on. From the back he pulled off one of his pistols and stood, firing towards stardust.

"Retreat!"

Deadeye stood completely and tried to turn away to run as his pack gave covering fire.

The blade might have worked if his armor wasnt thick from stem to stern so while the blade did pierce into his leg it didnt get very far as [member="Deadeye"] might have hoped as even though he bent abit from the jab and deadeye went for a punch in the head even in his heavy armor the grab was swift and quick as he grabbed onto his arm and started standing again ignoring the pain from the wound in his leg. This man was more of an idiot then he thought even if he stabbed him in the leg there was other Mandalorians near by to handle him and his helmet is of thick beskar it will take more then this to incapacitate him, He kept a firm grip on his arm and tightened it to even start crushing bone as he used his free hand to start punching into his ribs hard. Even without the crushgaunts these punches would be enough to crack if not shatter ribs with his physical superiority as he kept his firm grip on his arm as he unsheathed his claws in his armor the injectors active as he slashed at his skin letting his own burning acidic venom enter each wound he slashed. As for his escape party he trusted the others to handle them as no doubt the attack triggered the alerts in the palace.

Hoping to be released from the grip of this beast, deadeye began shooting upwards towards it as he engaged his jetpack to try to pull away from the unbearable striking at his chest. Deadeye pulled slightly away, but not fully, struggling to make ground, he set the thrusters on his jetpack to full and aimed the flames in the direction of [member="Skorvek"] 's face.

As skorvek moved towards deadeye stardust moved to the side hand on her blaster. She was hoping she could out right shoot him after being declared dar'aii but sadly it would seem to not be the case. Grunting as she moved forward the whisper of the force yet distant due to those damned lizards told her of something coming, turning to the door she watched the wolf pack burst in and start lighting the place up

Her saber activated in a hot white glow while one blaster was pulled out, she began firing and redirecting her shots back. Glancing over to deadeye she saw hin ans skorvek in a struggle, hoping to end it quick stardust aimed for the pack and fired once to hopefully shut it off

 

[Mig Gred]

Mig and Talyn both went to engage the dar'aii, shocked that he would attack [member="Skorvek"] of all mando'ade. Mig had already ignited the lightsaber blades of his Trayc'kad before hearing something else. He turned to see more [member="Deadeye"]'s clan charging in. He practically growls as he began blocking shots, then leaped towards one of the wolves to cut them down. Meanwhile, Talyn used he single Trayc'kal to fire at some Deadeye's allies. She then let out a whistle, which was followed by a loud hoot. The call was followed by Kad attempting to snap hit beak around one of the wolfs. If he managed to get his jaws around one, he would... make sure they weren't fighting anymore.

When Skorvek had said that Deadeye would be dar'ali, Adenn had been happy. Now he'd only have to wait a bit and follow Deadeye to execute him when he was off planet. But no, his plans were not to be. When Deadeye spoke, Adenn grew angrier and angrier, who did this hut'uun think he was?! Where the words raging through his mind, and then Deadeye attacked Skorvek. At first Adenn moved to help him, but then noticed that he had it well under control. After all, Deadeye most likely wasn't stronger than an Anubian.

Instead, Adenn let out a war cry and turned towards the pesky dar'manda Mandalorians that had attacked to try and free Deadeye. Adenn recognized them as the Mandos that were part of his clan. He growled before attacking; now Adenn didn't want to damage the palace anymore than needed, so he refrained from using his rockets. Instead, he jumped backwards nearer to Skorvek and Deadeye, in case Skorvek needed help, and began shooting at the aruetii in all white armor. Adenn was using his westar pistol to do so, but he placed a hand on his lightsaber just in case he might need it. He was keeping an eye on Deadeye, when he noticed that he was angling his jetpack thrusters towards Skorvek.

So, Adenn shot a few bolts at Deadeye, hoping to hit him, before turning and firing several bursts at the other aruetiis in the room(Deadeyes Mandos).

[member="Adenn Kyramud"] hit deadeye's pack and it blew into flames, deadeye held on for dear life as he felt himself slip from [member="Skorvek"] arm and fly upwards towards the cieling. The jetpack exploded, blowing deadeye to pieces as the wolfpack below stopped firing and began to surrender, Deadeye was dead, and there wasn't much of him left.

Jack watched deadeye blow to smitherines, Maria, Tod, and a few others raised their hands to surrender.

"You cowards!" Jack turned his blaster pistol and damned his friends with three pulls of the trigger. Quickly he turned away and ran for the door, The pack had surrendered, and the ones that had actually known anything were dead. Jack pushed through the front doors of the palace and ran towards a ledge, diving off of it and being caught by a low flying fighter. He pulled himself aboard and took off into space.
